“Good location for walk to Poole Speedway. Plenty of parking for motorbike. Staff all helpful. Room I had was a twin. Plenty of room, clean and a good shower. Quiet as at the back of the pub. Nice spacious pub with outdoor seating area. Stayed on the first Thursday of the month which is a quiz night for the RNLI. Great charity. Although disappointed that I could not have a meal as it was full for the quiz. Breakfast set me up for the ride home. Would stay again.”

“Great location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, nice toiletries and great selection of coffee and teas. Great food and drinks available onsite. Ideas for improvement- larger fridge, the fridge is tiny - other than the free water that is provided you can’t fit anything more in there. Robes would be nice as well as body lotion or hand cream in the bathroom.”

“Older property showing some wear and tear. Check in wasn’t too great, as we waited over 20 minutes with no one at the desk and were continually told they were having a busy day. While that’s okay, an option to leave our bags would have been nice. The staff acted a bit annoyed (two people separately) when I asked to check in, but the manager who eventually came was kind and helpful. The room was very warm (early August) with no cross breeze. “The property is situated in a quiet setting and just a few minutes walk from the magnificent seafront. Being a Inn and a weekend stay.. quite busy during the day and early evening, but to be expected. Staff were very polite and helpful and the food was to a very good standard. “An old Coaching Inn located in the centre of Wimbourne. Added bonus of a car park. Room was tastefully decorated (but a bit dark for my liking!). Staff very helpful. Breakfast served at their other location just a few steps away and it was excellent.”

“An historc building that is in need of repair & updating. Plumbing, windows etc on the edge. Clean, tidy & friendly staff many of them novice. No air conditioning so rooms on floors 1 & 2 very hot for sleeping. Only a very Small parking area.”

“The hotel is nowhere near 4 star, it needs updating. It's all very out of date and tired. The breakfast was the worst! Dirty old cutlery and the least they could have done was to put table cloths on the tables. Eggs were dried out and cold., even when I asked for fresh egg, still came out cold as was the bacon. £350 a night & £18 for breakfast! They are having a laugh. Thankfully Expedia fully refunded my money.”

“Nice welcome from Yas. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A/C in room was much appreciated. Tea, coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits a nice touch. Staff friendly. Free parking is available on 1st come basis with 5 slots available, otherwise it's street parking nearby. Only downside of our allocated 1st floor room was being at front of property and road traffic noise wasn't great for sleeping. Good location for walking to town centre and local amenities.”

“Great location for this hotel in centre of Corfe Castle with parking which is a plus as the village doesn’t have many places to park. We booked a garden room for two nights and were a little disappointed as the garden rooms are all described as spacious and within their own walled garden. The photo shown on their website does not in any way look the same as the one we had. The room we were given was very small and dark and had tiny awning windows.
