「The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans」

「The Memoir Warehouse Hotel is a wonderful place! Even their smallest rooms were spacious and adorable. Having a washer and dryer came in clutch as well. The food and drinks were top tier. The rooftop is legit and worth the hype. The staff from the front desk to waiters were extremely nice! Highly recommend staying here while visiting NOLa!!!! 」

「The hotel staff was amazing, the only complaint I had was the bathroom shower walls were not cleaned properly and neither was the carpet. There was some type of residue on the carpet that was extremely sticky and nasty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!!」

「Great hotel in a great location. Just enough outside of the nightlife, but still very walkable to most attractions. Staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and a great size. You have to request room cleaning but it was no problem. Our mini fridge wasn't working and when we called the front desk to let them know, they quickly brought us up a new fridge. Would stay again! 」
