“Nice rooms , comfortable bed with an excellent view of Lake Michigan and Chicago skyline (at dusk with sun setting)...we stayed in the blue spa tower on 14th floor....parking was ample...Infusion cafe had reasonably priced casual menu food items (no other food/restaurant options were open at the location)”

“The hotel is conveniently located just off of the highway with a variety of shopping near by. The staff was warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to get our large group checked in and met all of our room requests.”

“I was locked out of my room for a couple of hours because the front desk was busy besides that it was chill”

“Avoid this hotel at all costs. Where do I begin? When we walked in to check in, no one was at the desk for 5 minutes. Then when we finally got the room, it was dull and dingy. The pool, hot tub and vending machines were all out of order. In our bathroom, no conditioner or soap in the dispensers. Then when we checked out, we had a charge on our hold credit card for $22.81 for “incidentals”. The same guy who checked us in last night was cleaning rooms on our floor when we were to check out. Bad……

“Terrible . We find a leftover fish in the microwave and a hoodie in the bathroom . Not to mention unclean tub and rug. You deserve something better .I Sleep without shower and with my clothes on.”

“It is very convenient to eat and shopping around, but the room is very old, the bed and furniture are old, and the room smells bad, and the Wi-Fi is not good.”

“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”

“The room was lovely: spacious, upgraded furniture, clean. It was a pleasant surprise despite dismal building exterior and landscaping.”

“The room they checked me into was being worked on with drywall debris and equipment laying all around. Last time I stayed there the room was turned over everyday with fresh linen, but this time no turnover no cleaning and no fresh linens and we were there for four days! This stay was truly disappointing.”
