Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted.”

“The place is nice, the facilities are clean, and communication is good. The only issue is that I rented a car, and they don't allow access to the parking lot; you have to leave it outside. They have an internal shuttle service in golf carts or UTVs, but it's not always available, or you have to wait (something that could be avoided if they let you drive your own car up). And although they say it's 24-hour service, they don't answer at night. It's really annoying, and it's very tiring to walk up……

“This is a beautiful condo and a great experience for our 1st time in Huatulco. We were there end of April/early May so low international tourist time so was very nice and low key. “When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows……
