「The unit is nicely setup with basically anything you’ll need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, lots of pillows, etc. New, clean, and comfy. And huge. Plenty of room.Not quite a true ocean view (you can see a small slice of the water from the giant patio area) but the garden area below with a wide variety of local birds will make up for it. The unit is on the first floor of units but the parking garage is on the ground floor, so it’s technically the 2nd floor. However, the elevator and stairs...

「Definitely a great place to stay if you're coming to Huatulco. Very safe and secure and close to many restaurants and the little town of La Crucecita. Everybody was super friendly including the building staff, property manager, etc.」

Some property maintenance issues that need attention, such as shower leaking water onto bathroom floor, only 2/4 elements on stove working. Kitchen poorly stocked…no large coffee mugs, no vegetable peeler or can opener, no kettle for boiling water to make tea. Check in process was slow. Check out was easy and quick.
