「Front door staff was not at all welcoming or helpful…almost got the feeling that you were annoying them, however , the Resturant, bar and housekeepers were very kind and helpful As people working in this industry should be,」

「The property was lovely and very clean.」

「Hotel was very clean and well located. Cleaners did a good job. Some of the staff at the front desk weren’t that helpful or friendly…」

「The rooms were size appropriate. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that we did not have Wi-Fi in our rooms. We were downstairs.」

「Lovely little boutique hotel. Friendly staff, nice amenities and very stylish decor. Good neighborhood - not right in the center of town but close to everything. Would go back.」

「I loved this hotel it was in the perfect location everything was walkable. A little noisey as night but other than that recommend it highly would definitely stay there again!」

「Great location, great room, great service.」

「New new, awesome place close to Zocalo」

「It was clean, nice looking property, and the view was nice.」

「Hotel De La Parra is a beautiful, clean property but what sets it apart from all others is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They work very hard to keep the hotel looking nice and clean. I throughly enjoyed my stay. It is right in the middle of all activities and quiet enough to get plenty of rest. Their pool was a great getaway. Try the mezcal margaritas!」
