The property is new and clean. It is NOT well appointed at all. There were only like 10 pieces of silverware, one wine glass, 4 mugs….very sparse. It was noted that paper products would not be available so we planned accordingly but I’ve never stayed at a rental property that didn’t even have dish soap leftover from a previous renter. Also, pictures online imply that there is an outdoor space with a playground and grass. We did not see that area. The one side looks out over a gas station and the other side looks out over an alley and parking lot. The perk of this property was location and proximity to the music festival we attended. If I was planning a trip with my children, it would not be an appropriate or comfortable property.
