Come spend a relaxing vacation at 35 Fountain Drive West 4A in Sunset Island, located on 67th Street in Ocean City, Maryland!  This immaculate three bedroom, two bathroom condo has been comfortably furnished with quality decor throughout.  Well cared for & loved by the current owners, the spacious open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar with barstool seating, a dining area, and a cozy living room that opens to a furnished balcony.  Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer, a soaking tub in the master bathroom, central air-conditioning, Smart TV's in all rooms, an elevator in the building, and parking for two cars. Pack lighter for your vacation as we include a FREE Linen & Towel package, 4 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, a Beach Cart, Dish Liquid, Dishwasher Detergent, Trash Bags, Coffee Filters, and Hand Pump Soaps at all sinks.

Sunset Island Registration Fee:  Included when booking, this fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 2 parking passes. No passes are needed for ages 3 & under.  **Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island.  

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.
