Low budget dwelling

Nice place for people on a low budget. Not great to spend time in. View terrible. Constant loud barking dogs in nearby unit. Easy walk to destination areas. Comfortable beds, sofa and chairs but seemed fragile. Probably not a great place for children.

I’m giving this a rating of 3 because I felt that this place was not very clean at all. There were crumbs and trash on the floor. The bathroom had hair all over the place. I was given a roll of paper towels that was stained with some sort of pink liquid. There were dried liquid stains on the kitchen table. Someone else’s clothes were left in the drawers. I had no hot water until the afternoon of my last day. No fault of the manager at all. She was great to communicate with and refunded me some for the trouble and I greatly appreciated that. No hot water on top of the place not being that clean is why I am rating 3 stars. Other than those issues the place is decent and in a good location. I walked to everything I needed.

On Point!

Family of three of us and we were here for a 3 night stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better quite location. We got to watch the sun rise on the beach and the sun set at the bay. Easy three block walk to the beach and boardwalk. Look forward to visiting again.

OC BikeFest

Booked this room back in the spring for OC BikeFest back in the spring. It was the perfect location for the walking distance to all the events we attended. Look forward to booking the same place for next years event.

Clean property and good locations

Check in was efficient. Pool across the street was nice. Five minute walk to beach and boardwalk. Room was clean and fresh smelling. We enjoyed our stay!

Endroit bien situé

Accueil facile, bonne communication efficace . Endroit bien situé , près de toutes les attractions , boardwalk, plage . Déception au niveau de la propreté des lieux . Beaucoup de sable sur le divan , chaise , table et tapis . Plancher très sale . On dirait qu’ils avaient oublié de passer un balai / balayeuse . C’est décevant étant donné le fais de ménage . De plus , les lits n’étaient pas faits . Les draps et serviettes propres étaient dans un panier mais cela est peu accueillant à l’arrivée .

Perfect Beach Getaway

Excellent location being less than a block from the bay (for those amazing sunsets!) and a very short walk to the boardwalk. The home was clean and had everything we needed - and then some!

Good deal for location

Nice little place for a small family or couple. Had everything we needed. Close proximity to the boardwalk. Cleaning crew could have done a better job, but overall a pretty good deal for the price :)

OCMD quick fun trip

Comfortable place with everything we needed. Good, fairly quiet location with short walk to beach and bay even closer. Outside of building a bit dingy, inside much better and cleaner. Did not use pool, but it looked nice, clean
