The location of the property was great and the outside grounds are well maintained. However, the townhouse needs a thorough cleaning in the inside.

Modern, sophisticated, & up to date

The property was gorgeous! The decorations were simple but cute. There was more than enough room for my party wih sleeping arrangements with ample private areas when needed. There is only one couch, an additional couch would be useful when entire group is hanging in living spaces. There is a garage, front spot, and then driveway (off street parking is close, too)! I would rent again! I wish I was able to afford to live here year round!

You can't be serious!

This was a trip planned to celebrate my parents 60th Anniversary and mother's 80th birthday. We were disappointed to find a broken chair at the desk in the livingroom, unfolded linen tossed into every closet, clutter in one bedroom closet making it unuseable, sand all over the powder room floor, mold in the downstairs bathroom toilet and a dirty mop laying on the balcony outside the diningroom. We were sickened by the smell and dirt in the dishwasher. The smell could knock you over. The air conditioner broke on the second day. Someone from the local management office came in and cleaned out the dishwasher and insisted the ac was working. It was not. A tech finally came the next day after several more calls, now to the corporate office. The ac worked for 2 days then stopped again. More calls to corporate helped to get it fixed. The local manager would not answer calls from corporate to help get it fixed. The dishwasher was never fixed. We ran it as instructed but nothing was cleaned. The supervisors at the corporate office were attentive and helpful, but we had to spend way too much time on the phone dealing with these issues. The location is perfect, the pool is nice, but the general maintenence is aweful.

Overall Excellent Townhouse and Stay

The townhouse was clean and nicely maintained, big plus! Location and pool were great. Check-in and Check-out were fast, easy, and close to the townhouse location. The only negative comment I have is the townhouse provides 3 parking spots, one in the garage and two in the driveway in front of the garage, however they do not provide any garage door opener or keypad code to open the garage. This resulted in always having someone close/open the garage door and then use the front door and walk around the building from/to the parking spots.

I'd give it a zero if I could, find somewhere else to stay.

From no air conditioning & lack of cleaning and upkeep to dirty underwear left in the closet, this place was a nightmare. The only good thing I can say about it is the location is good if you are looking for someplace away from busy downtown and close to the beach. But find another unit to stay in. We stayed in a different unit a few years ago and had a great stay. But the property was managed by Vantage at that time. I could go on and on about all the issues we dealt with that show a clear lack of concern on the part of the owners and Vacasa for maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of the home but quite frankly I have wasted enough of my time and money on staying in this unit. We lost almost a full day dealing with the broken air conditioner that hasn't been properly maintained and had to be fixed during our stay. Reported it to Vacasa at 4:45 pm and the repairman didn't show until 12:00 pm the next day. And what did we get in return? A $50 refund for the lost time and inconvenience. There are way better places to stay that don't do their maintenance on your time while wasting your money.

Newer construction in great location.

The location and property were great. It was spacious enough for our party of 11. However, it was not cleaned when we arrived. I had to sweep floors, clean bathrooms, empty dishwasher, and clean the fridge.

Could be very nice

The property can be a nice property to rent but when we got in the place was very dirty! They said the maid service was there, but it was dirty. Sand everywhere, there is no way they vacuumed the place. We cleaned when we moved in! The pool all week was cloudy, we were afraid to let kids swim.

Great house in a great location

My family and I had a great vacation. The property was at a great location and was easy to get everywhere. The pool was great on the days when the beach was just too hot. The only negative I would mention is the cleanliness. The bathrooms and kitchens were relatively clean. It was more the HVAC and ducts that were rather dusty. We understand that it's a rental and sees a lot of traffic. Was not a big deal, just something we wanted to point out for future improvements. Would recommend this rental to others

First trip to OC for us. Townhome is laid out very well, very homey. It had all the comforts of home with 3 small patios to choose from for relaxing outside. Pool was a great alternative to beach. Variety in bed sizes gave options for sleeping 4 families. All the appliances worked well. Has 3.5 baths but only one with a bathtub. Would have liked one more bathroom with a bathtub. Access to beach only 2 blocks away and lots of restaurants/shopping in walking distance. Maintenance was quick to respond to any questions/needs we had. No code for outside access to garage door was a bit cumbersome.

Definitely NOT exquisite---according to the description this home was "Brand New"--not the case. It has definitely seen many renters, and is overpriced. The upstairs bedrooms were warm--no fans and unable to adjust the thermostat to make cooler. Rugs were worn and could use cleaning. Upon arriving, vinyl siding coming off and proceeded to bang against the window until finally fixed. Air conditioner broke during our first night and it took a day and a half to be fixed. The only thing good about this place was the location.

We were very pleased!

The owners have done a wonderful job! The place is beautifully decorated, so homey and new. They had everything we needed. Brand new washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies we could ask for. My family loved being so close to the beach and having access to the swimming pool. We also enjoyed lounging on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. We had a wonderful family vacation! The Upstairs bedrooms will need fans towards mid-summer. It is very cool downstairs but some circulation adjustments are needed upstairs.
