2nd Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed, 1 bedroom w/pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) and twin floor mattress, 1 full bathroom with walk in shower
NOTE: VRBO does not have the option to select pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) as a bed size so it shows as twin bunk bed instead. VRBO also does not have the option for a floor mattress/trundle, so the spare twin floor mattress shows as a twin bed. This is noted in the bedroom additional details as well.

3rd Floor – Kitchen and living room open area, ½ bath (powder room)

4th Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed and private full bath w/tub and shower combo, 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds and private full bath w/walk in shower.

Items to bring - When booking the property, there will be a link to rental agreement conditions that you will have to check you agree to before booking. Please review this information before completing the booking so you are aware of what is provided/not provided

Check In/Out Time – You can check in any time after 4pm. Please note we are not able to accommodate early check ins/late check . Check out is at 11 am.

Entry Method - The unit has an electronic lock, so you do not need to go anywhere to pick up keys. The lock code and detailed access instructions are revealed through your booking approximately 3 days prior to check in.

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED - you can rent from a local rental company in town and many will deliver if you do not want to bring your own sheets and towels. With the exception of the sofa beds, each bed has a bedspread and pillows are provided.

Kitchen – The kitchen has basic supplies such cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a toaster and a standard coffee maker. There is a small set of pots and pans as well. The townhouse has a space open kitchen/living room area. There is a large kitchen island, dining room table, counter stools, a breakfast table and 2 couches to sit on.

Washer/Dryer - there is a laundry closet on the kitchen level that contains a washer and dryer

Parking/Garage - each unit has its own garage. This unit has a 2 car garage and a parking space behind the unit for a third car. There is additional free parking along 60th Street to the left of the townhome buildings.

Max Occupancy - Please note that if you are near the max occupancy of 12 people, everyone will be sharing beds with the exception of the twin mattresses. Please see detailed bed size descriptions for exact bed sizes in this unit.

Wifi - The unit has wifi. The password is provided with the access instructions.

TV - Basic cable is provided and each bedroom has a smart TV with ability to connect to your roku device or streaming apps (you need to use your own as these devices/apps are not provided). There is an additional smart tv in the living room as well.

The townhouse is conveniently located in central Ocean City providing groups with quick access to attractions in both southern and northern Ocean City. Close attractions include Fager's Island (across the street on the bayside), Seacrets (Ocean City’s most popular nightlife destination is a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk), Mackeys Bayside Bar & Grill, The Bonfire (buffet), Dead Freddies Island Grill, Dumsers Dairyland (world famous ice cream), several mini golf courses, the Ocean City Convention Center and Ocean City Tennis Center. The boardwalk and Jolly Rogers Theme park are a short drive away. Those who don't want to walk or drive to their destination can take the bus since the bus stop is a short distance from the townhouse. There is also a 7-11 and gas station across the street for your convenience.
