The layout of the unit is as follows:
1st Floor – garage and entryway/foyer
2nd Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed, 1 bedroom w/pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) plus a spare twin floor mattress, 1 full bathroom with walk in shower
3rd Floor – Kitchen and living room open area, ½ bath (powder room)
4th Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed and private full bath w/tub and shower combo, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and private full bath w/walk in shower.

Check In/Out Time – You can check in any time after 4pm. Please note we are not able to accommodate early check ins from May-September. Check out is at 11 am.

Entry Method - The unit has an electronic lock, so you do not need to go anywhere to pick up keys. The lock code and detailed access instructions are revealed through your booking approximately 3 days prior to check in.

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED - you can rent from a local rental company in town and many will deliver if you do not want to bring your own sheets and towels. With the exception of the sofa beds, each bed has a bedspread and pillows are provided.

Kitchen – The kitchen has basic supplies such cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a toaster and a standard coffee maker. There is a small set of pots and pans as well. The townhouse has a space open kitchen/living room area. There is a large kitchen island, dining room table, counter stools, a breakfast table and 2 couches to sit on.

Washer/Dryer - there is a laundry closet on the kitchen level that contains a washer and dryer

Parking/Garage - each unit has its own garage. This unit has a 2 car garage and a parking space behind the unit for a third car. There is additional free parking along 60th Street to the left of the townhome buildings.

Wifi - The unit has wifi. The password is provided with the access instructions.

TV - Basic cable is provided and each bedroom has a smart TV with ability to connect to your roku device or streaming apps (you need to use your own as these devices/apps are not provided). There is an additional smart tv in the living room as well.

The townhouse is conveniently located in central Ocean City providing groups with quick access to attractions in both southern and northern Ocean City. Close attractions include Fager's Island (across the street on the bayside), Seacrets (Ocean City’s most popular nightlife destination is a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk), Mackeys Bayside Bar & Grill, The Bonfire (buffet), Dead Freddies Island Grill, Dumsers Dairyland (world famous ice cream), several mini golf courses, the Ocean City Convention Center and Ocean City Tennis Center. The boardwalk and Jolly Rogers Theme park are a short drive away. Those who don't want to walk or drive to their destination can take the bus since the bus stop is a short distance from the townhouse. There is also a 7-11 and gas station across the street for your convenience.

Good location. It wasn’t super dirty but I noticed some crumbs in the cabinet where the plates were. We mostly used our own stuff. Small balcony in master was completely covered in bird poop. Other than that it was relatively clean. Everything worked as should and we enjoyed our stay.

Generally Poor condition and unclean almost nothing provided.

Property was in general poor condition. The location is great but there were ants in the bedroom and blood in the bathroom and on a cushion. There seems to be a lot of water damage, all of the decks and balconies were mostly covered in bird poop. No toilet paper provided, no plates, no sheets, no towels, no toiletries, no soap, and pillows are awful. If the property was taken care of, cleaned, or had any amenities at all it would be a good place,

Beach Weekend

We had a great time relaxing with a few friends for the weekend. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beach. Would definitely recommend it for a fun and easy getaway!

The property has plenty of room. We had 14 people stay a week. Property manager notified us of a issue the giest reported last minute to him it was minor tjen we discovered ice maker didn't work he was happy to bring ice to us daily we found that unnecessary as we were right by a convient store. We came prepared with items to make it easy for our stay. Great time

Cleanliness

The garage, front of the garage and the front door entrance were completely filthy. Trash and sérié including a dead crab at the front door. The balconies were filthy along with a left over marijuana joint sitting on the arm of a chair. I’d give this place 2 stars overall.

Family vacation

Inside of the house was supposed to be cleaned and we found left over coffee in the post dirt/dust/sand on the floor. The outside was an absolute mess with glass and garbage all of the entrance. The property itself has many damages before arriving. Broke lights in the shower and outside on one of the balconies. There is some minor maintenance that needed to be done to make the home

Pretty poor property

From the get go this place was very dirty. Old q tips, stains on floor and beds. This place needs major maintenance work. The chairs are broken, AC wasn’t working properly, bathroom toilets and faucets loose and coming off the walls. Dents in the doors. The garage door is manual and doesn’t lock. They had a crate of flooring in the garage that limited out parking space.The kitchen is barebones essentially you need to bring everything. Only redeeming feature is it’s proximity to the beach. That’s it.

Great location, but....

This townhouse is in a great location but it has some serious problems! It was not very clean, mirrors in bathrooms very dirty, floors not clean. The biggest problems were: no dinner plates, no serving plates or bowls, no forks, very limited pots and pans, "dining room chairs" were metal folding chairs, no living room chairs or chairs in the bedrooms, vertical blinds in bedrooms were missing multiple slats, living room sofa-bed is VERY lumpy. We notified the agent about the plates and forks and she sent the maintenence man with disposable plates and dollar store silverware. Also, there was a pallet of boxes of flooring in the garage so there wasn't any room for a 2nd car. This rental needs a major updating and an agent that actually visits the property to see how bad it is!

Good place but needs update

We stayed here for our wedding weekend, As soon as we got there the code that was sent to us was not the right code and it took 2 tries to contact someone to get the right code, they had me put in 3 different codes before one worked. There is a pallet of flooring in the garage which definitely made it hard to park 2 vehicles and get in and out of them. The place is nice and roomy but 100% needs an update. It wasn’t the cleanest, in the single bed bathroom upstairs there was hair on the floor and in the shower. The kitchen was nice but no one could sit in the 2 chairs by the sliding glass door because they were cheap and broken. We had 11 people staying there and having limited living room seating was a struggle. Also the front door key pad did not work, we tried to press it and nothing happened. I did end up scrapping my foot at the bottom of the stairs in the living room because the flooring is peeling up. Overall, the stay was fine, but just some minor adjustments should be made. We did not call and complain only because I was more worried about my wedding on Saturday and we only slept there

Spacious

Overall we were pleased with our stay. Lots of room, satisfied with cleaners. Only complaint would be the dining table and chairs (especially with the little ones) The glass table was a hazard because of the corners in a tight space. kitchen cabinets and smaller bathrooms need updating.

Very disappointed

Over all I feel the condo was adequate. I new in advance about the limited cooking supplies but they could have had a cutting board! The balconies were very small so only two or three of us could sit out at one time. The sofa sleeper was so uncomfortable we couldn’t use it. There were 11 of us so sitting together in the living room was out of the question. The ice machine didn’t work so I emailed the manager and she replied right away. The person she referred me to called me and said they couldn’t fix it until after our stay but they were going to give us ice bags that day which they did but we were also to get them on Wed and Friday which never happened. This place needs updating painting, new furniture (very worn). Very noisy woke baby up every time a motercycle,emergency vehicles came by which was often. I would not recommend this condo for larger parties!

My family had a great time at this great location. We had some issues with unit 3 South that were quickly resolved by property manager Ashely. Having the garage was a plus, access to the beach was a short walk. Enjoyed sitting on the deck during the day and evening.

End property with lots of light and balconies. Bathrooms 3 1/2 were in great locations to serve us

Would have liked more seating in main TV area. Need night stand on right side of 1st floor bedroom. Rectangular glass table edge was always in the way and bumped and bruised legs.. We put it against the wall but a round edge would have been nice. it's center pedestal was great for seating.

Fourth of July

Our group had such a great time on our trip! The location of the house was great in terms of things to do and the beach. There was more than enough space for all 10 of us and we loved hanging out in the kitchen/living room space. Can’t wait to come back!

Ocean City Winter stay

The property was as stated in the listing. Two of us stayed in this home and were comfortable. Some minor maintenance with vertical blind replacement should be considered.

Huge Beach House

Great location! One block from the beach! Plenty of room for our family. Furniture is slightly worn but acceptable. Would definitely rent again!

This could be such a beautiful condo with some TLC. Very spacious. Close to many attractions. Unit was dirty. Moved broom from beside counter to find dirt swept in between counter and refrigerator. Furniture in dining room and living room in poor shape. Upholstery on furniture very dirty. Trash outside the condo trash cans everyday. Some items toothbrush and glove were there all week. Other times entire trash bags pulled out and appeared to be gone through by someone looking for food. Property pics online are very deceiving.!
