WORTH EVERY PENNY ! WELL APPOINTED HOME WITH EVERY LUXURY THAT YU CAN THINK OF!

I LOVED THE DECOR. I LOVED THE EASY ACCESS TO THE BOAT DOCK, THE BEACH, THE POOL, ACCESS TO SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. THE HOUSE IS EXTREMELY BEAUTIRUL WITH ALL THE AMENITIES OF A HOME. THERE ARE BEAUTIFUL ITEMS AND PICUTRES THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. GREAT OPEM SPACE, OUTSIDE DECKS ON EACH LEVEL. SUPERB!

Beautiful home and location!

We happened upon this home after our original stay canceled on us. What started as a bummer turned into, a really happy surprise. The home was absolutely beautiful, updated, and perfectly decorated. It was exactly what you would want for a high-end comfortable vacation. We had more than enough space for our family. The house is less than a block from the pool, bay beach, and tiki bar, and a block from the Sunset Island market cafe. It’s also centrally located in OC. We love this space and love the quiet beautiful setting of Sunset Island. We want to come back and rent this space every year! Thank you!

Beautiful home, needs attention

Beautifullt decorated home, walking distance to ocean, stores, restaurants. House needs attention. Refrigerator needs replaced, alarm system needed reset for constant beeping. Vacasa responsive to repair needs. Community pool beautiful but staff very unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Property was in very good condition. Owners pride showed throughout. Convenient access to the pool, beach, and Island’s Tiki Beach Bar. Only issues were: outside shower did not work and property management did not address after several inquiries.

Beautiful!

This place had me at “bidet.” Ha! Seriously, we’ve come to SI for 7 years and this is the most beautiful place we’ve rented. Impeccable. It has everything you need, plus beach chairs, beach bikes, beach wagons, tents, toys…they’ve thought of everything. We will be renting this one again, definitely.

Everything you need in one place!

My family and I stayed for our week long beach vacation and it was a wonderful home. There was plenty of space for all 9 of our family members. Beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of pots, pans and kitchen appliances. It was a quick walk to the pool, beach at the bay and community market. Sunset Island has a remote resort feel but easy access to the vacation hustle and bustle of OC. We loved it!

Corring Stay at Bella on the Bay

We had a wonderful time. Our place was clean and Sunset Island was all that the review said it would be. My only issue is that 2 of our TVs did not work and no one ever showed up to fix them, however we made due. I would recommend this unit whole heartedly.

In pure bliss at the bay!

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters 10th birthday in our new home away from home. The vacation home made our entire stay perfect! It really set the tone for a wonderful trip. The space is gorgeous, decor is out of this world and is set up for every age group. There was something to do for ages 2-79. We rode bikes, played darts and golf, carried our beach chairs to relax in the sand and all of this was provided for us. There was room and fun for everyone! We’ll definitely be returning!

WOW!

We LOVED our stay at this house! Pictures don’t do it justice. Very nicely decorated, really top notch. It was super clean, had everything we needed and then some! The street itself was surprisingly quiet considering how short a walk it is to community beach and pools. We were two families with kids ages 6 to 15 but we didn’t feel cramped at all. We really enjoyed the cruiser bikes and board games. It rained on one of the days but we didn’t even mind as there was so much to do inside the home. We will definitely be staying here again!

The hall light fixture cover on the third floor, just fell from the ceiling Saturday night, it didn't break. and I had someone to put in back. Also, the refrigerator leaked water. Other than that we had an awesome time/stay.Thank you, Carolyn
