Close to everything

We had the most wonderful stay at the beach property over the July 4th weekend. The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning ocean views. It was clean and well-maintained, and we loved the great parking facilities available. We were a party of 10, but I think 8 should be the recommended stay. Being close to restaurants was a convenient bonus, making dining out a delightful experience. The owners were incredibly accommodating and easy to deal with, which added to the overall positive experience.I would highly recommend this beach property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I would definitely come back.

Property was lovely and accommodated our family nicely. My only complaint would be the linen package. I was surprised that we had to make up our beds once we got there. After traveling all day, the ladt thing i wanted to fo was out sheets on a bunch of beds. Otherwuse everything was perfect.

Overall, this place was great for my family and one of the best places we have ever booked in OC! Beautiful views and very convenient to get to the beach and local attractions. Nicely decorated and clean- although, the floors did not seem like they had been mopped too well. Only other feedback would be for the linen company— you have to make your own beds when you get there, but are required to strip the beds and pack in the duffel bags before you leave. Not a huge issue, but would be nice if linen company handled that as well.

Long Weekend Trip

Overall the house is nice and very clean. The AC does not work well so the house is very hot. We stayed on a cool rainy weekend and were all very hot so I can't imagine staying in August when it gets up in the 80s and 90s. It would be miserable to sleep upstairs! There was a hiccup with check in and we were given the wrong code to get into the house and one person we talked to on the phone was very rude and unhelpful but the other person we talked to was very nice and apologetic. The house is right on the beach which is nice and the neighborhood was quiet and there is a lot of street parking next to the house. The parking spot under the house is TINY so if you have a bigger vehicle beware. If the AC gets fixed I would stay here again.
