Very nice getaway

Our group of three enjoyed a very nice long weekend at the property. The owner was very good at communication and the check in/out process was very smooth. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay was wonderful! This was a short trip but very comfortable and pleasant one. The condo was exceptionally well kept and everything is well organized with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. It is a wonderful location, quiet and peaceful! We have been visiting OIB for close to 40 years and I would say this condo is the best place we have stayed. Will be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front condo was perfect for my husband, daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and I. It was very comfortable, charmingly decorated, and included all the necessities. The pool was located just a few steps from the condo, and we had beautiful views of the ocean, which was just a short walk away. The beach was gorgeous and uncrowded, and there were many restaurants just minutes away. We had a fabulous time and would love to stay here again!

This place was everything we would have hoped. Weather cooperated and it was off-season, so quieter than a few weeks ago, which is just what we like. Everything was updated, host was very responsive. Quiet end of the island. We loved it!!!!!

Great location.

Great location. We had a good stay. The only complaint I had was that the pool was closed, the ad never said the pool was closed. 4 warnings that aren’t discussed in the ad: 1) This condo is on the third floor. 2) longer walk to beach than expected, this is due to dunes blocking off the ocean entrance. 3) Cannot see the sunrise from the balcony, condo faces the south. 4) the balcony is shared with condo next store.

Strange linen policy

Got there tired after a long day and was surprised to find the beds all unmade with a note saying we had to do that ourselves. Never seen that before in 10 years of doing vacation rentals. Had to spend the next twenty minutes with tired screaming kids while I made up all three beds. Place was as advertised and great location otherwise! That just made for a crappy initial experience. I’m not the cleaning crew!
