Great house for our yearly beach trip! The house was clean and well prepped for our stay and all of the amenities were perfect. Easy walk to the beach and a beautiful marsh sunset view. Only criticism is lack of pantry space! Hard to stock food for 8 adults kids .

PERFECT GETAWAY

HAD A FAMILY VACATION FOR 7 DAYS. LOCATION IS GREAT AND JUST A SHORT WALK TO BEACH. OFF THE MAIN ROAD SO TRAFFIC IS A MINIMUM. BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE SUNSETS OVER THE INTERCOASTAL WATERWAY

Worth every cent

Amazing and differentiated management company. Best communication and so timely, accommodating and lovely to speak with. The pictures do not do the house justice. This is a slice of NC paradise on ocean isle. I cannot wait to come again, already looking at 2025 openings and even for sale properties near by. The ICW sunsets with no houses behind you are so much better than beach from!

Could Be Better

Overall location of the property was great. Perfect walking distance to the beach. However, not all amenities listed were accessible or usable, like the pool table and ping pong table. Also, a major downside of our stay was the cleanliness of the property, especially the beds. The pool had mini crabs and dead hornets. We also found previous guests hair and animal fur on the mattress protectors on majority of the beds in the house. Our friends and family also left with several insect bites from head to toe after sleeping on the bed/furniture in the house. Be prepared to be itchy your entire stay, because we were not prepared
