「Great little house about 15mins from the beach! And the area is very quiet. It was a last minute get away from my family. The tiny house was perfect get away for us. Only thing we had problem with was falling alseep, because how much light from the street light was coming into the house at night. It would be night to have blackout curtains through out the house. Made it hard to fall asleep and get into a deep sleep. We are looking forward to our next stay there.」

「The house had everything you need in a beach house. The location was easy to travel to the beach and has grocery shopping very close.」

「The location is beautiful, dock is gorgeous, host communication is quick, oak trees are gorgeous, cons: they want the ac set to 78 (it was on 76 upon arrival) before departure. This is unfair to not only the cleaning staff but also makes the system not able to keep up during high summer temperatures and makes arrival night less than enjoyable until the system can catch up. The pet fee of 75 is apparently 89.73. Couple of things that are of no fault of the host. 1. The entrance road is narrow but...

「The house was modern, comfortable, and super clean, with all the basic essentials (toiletries, paper products) included. The coffee bar was a nice touch and appreciated.Location was convenient to golf, restaurants, shopping and the beach.I would definitely stay here again.」

「Properly was as described on listing. My wife and I had a great getaway and traveled with our two small Poodles. Good location with nice restaurants and bar and grills not too far from property. Only downside of our trip was some construction noise from a home build taking place next door.」
