Awesome location, quick walk to the beach and access for a boat is great. Pool is a tad chilly as it never sees the sun, 150 dollars a day to heat the pool seems a tad excessive for a heat pump pool heater. Other than that, great place to stay!

Check in was good all though the house wasn’t clean enough to be a new build. The elevator quit working on the third day and was fixed the next day. The air conditioning on the second floor quit working on the fifth day. Was not fixed before we left. I expected more to be a new build with no problems. Too expensive for that many problems. Beautiful home though and very nice kitchen.

Phenominal layout and location

Family of 6, 4 and 2 grandparents stayed. Perfect location with close proximity to the beach and town activities!
