「We've stayed here several times and I forget her name but the Latina woman at the front desk always gives us a very friendly and welcoming greeting and the check-in process is always quick and painless. 」

「Overall very happy with this place. I would stay there again. Location was great. Room was very clean. Beds were on the hard side and not very comfortable. Water pressure was great. Parking was rough, there was a jeep thing going on so the hotel was full maybe not an issue if less busy. Pool was very nice. 」

「Only complaints, was when arriving, they had double booked the first room they gave us, someone was already in it, but staff handled quickly by changing our room. Second was power went off in room several times Saturday night, but maintenance always came quick. They thought it was because they were fully sold out and it was just over worked. Issues were quickly and politely taken care of professionally by staff.」

「We had about 8-10 families stay for travel ball this weekend and it was a great experience. Although the smell from the inside pool the rooms were clean, the staff( especially Barb) was so friendly and helpful and I would totally stay again if we play in the area again. 」

「Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves」
