Thankful for beautiful home

It was such a great place to stay for the week. The property was beautifully decorated and homey. The location was close to the beach and shopping. Thank you for a great week!

Minor issues

While this is an absolutely beautiful home in a great location and a wonderful community, I couldn’t help but feel frustrated. Upon arrival we tried to locate the pool fob which from the Vacasa page claimed to be located in the drawer of the hall table. It was not there, so we searched and searched any places we could think of for an item we had never seen before. After no luck I contacted Vacasa over the past 3 days trying to find this pool fob. No one could help me. Eventually I accidentally found it in a small plastic container inside the pantry. I also had asked Vacasa prior to our trip if certain items were available to use at the home, I was told 4 beach chairs were accessible. There were no beach chairs, while dealing with the fob I told Vacasa, they said I could be refunded 120$ for the inconvenience. I haven’t been refunded. This will be my first and last time being a Vacasa customer.
