Loved it...

Plenty of room, really nice house a d nicely equipped for relaxation and recreation. Located in a quiet development close to shops, restaurants, supermarket. Few minor housekeeping issues but we had a wonderful stay.

Disappointing house in good location

Great to be ten minute drive to beach, good restaurants, etc. Rhe issues with local Vacasa team and with the house will prevent us from using either again. Would not recommend.

Nice location, great for pups/kids

This place has ample room and most if not all the amenities you need. We did Thanksgiving here and didn't have to bring much. Having the grocery store so close helps too. The fenced in back yard for the pups is a plus. There is a preservation the backyard is next to. You can go out the back gate and walk a few feet through the woods to the trails or cut to them by the dead end around the corner from the house. Overall, its really convenient sleeps 5 adults and four kids easy.

Bring your binoculars!

Could have been cleaned better, but amenities were top notch, and the home was in very good condition! It was evident that the owners took care to furnish and very tastefully decorate the home so it feels comfy! Could use a tv in master bedroom instead of in kids room. Lots of birds to view outside, loved the back deck each morning and front deck in evening. Nature preserve was very handy and close, walked my dog there several times, as well as in nearby parks, boardwalk and beach, since beach parking is free in the off-season.

I don't often write reviews on vacation rentals, but then again, I don't get out much either. However, this was the best little house for a beach vacation! It was clean and neat, not overly furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the things one would need to prepare a meal and wonderful to cook in. (Great lighting under the counters, by the way.) The neighborhood was quiet and out of the way, which we enjoyed. The backyard and deck were great to sit out at night and the complete absence of mosquitoes was a particular surprise. The nature preserve behind the house, provided lots of lovely birds, turtles, and bunnies, which we also enjoyed. It was a wonderful stay for our family and we would absolutely return to this house again.

Good if you don't mind the stairs

This home is very spacious and offers large bedrooms. The bathrooms are functional, but nothing special. The main floor restroom shower is difficult to use as it is very small. There is only 1 bedroom with a working TV. There are lots of stairs to navigate, especially the stairs to enter and exit the home from the main level. Other than that, the kitchen is fantastic, the beach equipment stored in the home is great, the neighborhood is very quiet, lots of space to stretch out and the home is less than 10 minutes from the beach.

The house is a 5 star, but internet problems take our review to 3. The house is even nicer than it appears in the pictures. The kitchen is well supplied for any cooking you want to do. The back yard is fenced securely and our dogs enjoyed it and the back deck. There is a good supply of any beach items you need in the basement. 4 bikes are provided, although we didn't use them. Internet is a minimum criterion for any house we rent. When we got there, the WiFi wasn't working. It took 4 days to get functional internet. When it did start working, it would drop multiple times daily and we had to keep resetting the router. We were reimbursed part of the cost of our trip, but the internet still wasn't reliably available for the entire week.
