“The heated pool didn’t work, the room had a strange order, the BBQ outdoor area was full of people smoking marijuana and playing loud music the whole weekend”

“Pet friendly hotel. People need to clean up after their pets and stop leaving their rooms filthy for the staff to clean. Baseboards, doors, head boards, and under the beds need to be cleaned. I had my own cleaning supplies. But overall, had a great stay and will stay again!”

“Very clean and comfortable to stay and the service is also very good. Very blown away by their staff.”

“The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!”

“Our host was personable and the hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was a treat.”

“Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite.……

“Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”
