A beautiful Newly Remodeled Casita with a garden view has a private patio and 900 square feet of Kicking back. This one bedroom, one bath has a walk in shower a California King size bed , cable TV/DVD and Secure FREE Cox high speed WIFI, Air conditioning in the bedroom for hot months of end of July and August.
The living room has a queen sofa , gas fireplace, cable TV/DVD.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Pier and Oceanside Harbor. Its a short walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and the Oceanside harbor full of family fun, restaurants, and boat/kayak rentals.
This property is a Casita to its self with no hallways and a private entrance and private patio located on the ground floor.

Our host was amazing. He handle a problem that came up quickly. He checked several times to make sure everything was ok. Very nice unit. Clean. Comfortable. Great location with a nice pool, gym, activity room and quick easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We love staying at NCV and this unit had all the amenities we needed for our beach getaway. Easy walking distance to the harbor and to the pier. The unit was well stocked and the host was readily available with information but not intrusive at all. We had a great time!

Brad (owner)was attentive, and checked in a couple times to insure our comfort. The condo was spacious and very comfy from all chairs, sofa and king bed! Kitchen well stocked and everything was so clean! We loved the outdoor patio (huge) with beautiful tropical environment. Thanks Brad for letting us stay at your gorgeous place.

Place was just ok. Older unit with some updates, just not the important ones like bedroom and bathroom. Bed was old and lumpy. Linens were outdated and looked like they had been used hundreds of times. Bed wasn't even made correctly. Shower was dirty and well used. No A/C and no ceiling fans just tower fans that did ok. Couldn't keep the window open because of the coaster commuter trains across the street. This unit is the far from the beach The complex is nice and well keep. Nice pool area.

Family Get together

Property was larger than many other North Coast Village units; loved the renovated backyard. The unit fulfilled our needs and would stay again. Only suggestions would be to update the bedroom bedding, the bedspread is very old and worn; the kitchen faucet handle comes off easily and needs to be tightened.

The condo was muggy when we got there so I opened all windows and they had 3 tower fans so I turned one on in the living room as there is no AC. The place was cooled off by the time we went to bed but with the windows open the neighbors were loud so I would suggest ear plugs if you go to bed before 11:00. All in all the place was nice and the parking garage was nice

Last-Minute Get Away

My husband and I decided to go visit family and found this wonderful place available. It was within walking distance of restaurants and the beach/pier/marina. We really enjoyed the our time there, even though the patio was being worked on and was unavailable for use. Brad was very responsive and helpful.

Grounds around the community feel like an island paradise

Beautiful location and wonderful proximity to the water and the pier. Enjoyed all of the amenities that the property has to offer and felt very safe and secure while there. The unit itself is very basic, but I do that going into the weekend with my family, could probably use an upgrade hut the price reflected the unit and was represented well by the pictures.

This property was a great place to stay. Lots to do. Very easy access to the beach. A short walk to the pier. The condo was clean and the owner was easy to get ahold of. There was an AC unit in the bedroom which is so nice and many beach rentals don’t have any AC.
