THE VIEW
F14 is an upper, corner, cottage unit on the North side of the complex facing the harbor. Enjoy amazing ocean and harbor views from several windows and the large balcony! The large balcony has bar-top seating for 4 as well as a bistro-style table with two additional seats perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the waves. Get ready for some amazing sunsets!
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is beautiful and features luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo.
The dining area has a large farmhouse-style table that seats 6 with 4 chairs and a bench. There are 4 also additional spots at the bar for younger guests or quick bites.
LIVING AREAS
F14 is newly remodeled and is furnished with all brand new (January 2023) furniture including a large comfortable sofa-sleeper, and two comfortable accent chairs in the living area that your party can relax in after an enjoyable day at the beach. Snuggle up with a good book or watch something on the 55-inch Samsung “The Frame” Picture Smart TV with a Sonos surround sound system. Either sign in to your favorite streaming services and keep up with your favorite shows, or enjoy the cable with 250+ channels included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The ensuite primary bathroom, features luxury vinyl plank flooring, a custom tiled walk-in shower, a beautiful vanity area, and a sliding barn door for privacy. The 2nd bathroom features luxury vinyl plank flooring, a custom tiled tub/shower combo, and small vanity.
SLEEPING
F14 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a very comfortable king-size bed with a brand-new premium memory foam mattress. The primary bedroom also includes a large dresser, a Samsung “The Frame” Picture Smart TV with a Sonos surround sound system, and a desk with amazing ocean and harbor views for those doing work or school while away from home. The 2nd bedroom features a Triple Queen Bunk bed with premium memory foam mattresses, a flatscreen TV, and a closet with built-in shelving. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the main living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper. This way, no matter your group configuration, there's a setup that works for everyone.

-F14 is a corner cottage which means it has more windows bringing light and the view from additional vantage points.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
LOCAL AREA
F14 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
