Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck, master bedroom and kitchen window. The condo was stocked with all your essential needs in the litchen. The beds were comfortable with cozy linens. We enjoyed the fireplace in the livingroom with a direct view of the pier. I will definately come back!

We had the most wonderful stay. Our unit was exactly as described and pictured, everything was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We loved how easy it was access the beach and other amenities. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

The couch and chair could be changed out as very uncomfortable. All other amenities in this location are perfect. Make my vacation property management and thier staff are so helpful, caring and easy to get a hold of for anything you might need during your stay. I highly recommend Make My Vacations Aaron and Randy as your vacation management team.

Better than expected

Our first impression was not the best on our arrival. We had a difficult time finding the building to check in and the work on the garages was not helping. The person at check in gave us the wrong directions to get to our unit. Once we were inside it was so hot and we discovered there was not air conditioner. Once we settled in the place turned out to be perfect for our family. So close to the beach and kids attractions. A short walk to the harbor or downtown Oceanside. The building is definetly older, but the unit was well appointed with nice updates. We were not use to not having ac but with all of the fans going it was not bad. We would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Oceanside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this condo (D14) and have stayed here a few times before. Love this complex and have been coming back each year for the past 35 years! Definitely recommend the location for its proximity to the beach! This particular condo has had a lovely remodel a few years ago but could use some tlc. Blinds in the living area and kitchen need replacing and the linens in the primary bedroom have faded as have the fraperies. Dishwasher trim, microwave knob in kitchen need repair as do the screens in the bedroom. TV in the primary bedroom also is not working. But I love this condo and will return! Hopefully the owner can get a chance to do these minor repairs.

Beach Vacation During a Hurricane

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed visiting the beach at Oceanside after Tropical Storm Hillary passed through. Earlier in the week when we first heard about the hurricane coming we asked about the possibility of cancelling or rescheduling. First we were told they knew nothing about a hurricane. Later we were told it probably would not be serious. It rained for most of our trip to Oceanside on Saturday. The storm caused us to be inside all day Sunday; the beach was closed and nothing was open locally. The location of the rental was excellent; the view of the beach is amazing. The rental itself could have been cleaner, especially the carpet and one of the living room chairs. The screen door is difficult to open. The ice maker does not work and leaks water. The smoke alarm went off and could not be reset on Sunday - we took it to the Patrol office. When we reported it to the mgt company, we were told to throw it away. Rain came in the balcony door during the storm. We had no way to dry the carpet. The towel bar in the smaller bath was falling off the wall. All of this was reported to management during our stay. None was attended to while we were there. We would also recommend you clean the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The kitchen overall was very nice. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated that a pack and play was provided. We had two cars (two families) and we had to move one of the cars everyday which wasn't always easy. We appreciated the location of the parking garage to condo. It was good to have a parking garage during a tropical storm.
