There is an elevator from underground parking but must be able to climb one flight of stairs to the condo.

"Oceanside Escape" a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beachfront condo located in the highly desirable gated community of San Miguel II, boasts stunning sit-down, Ocean, Beach, Pier, & Sunset Views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and of course, the balcony. Because we're on the TOP FLOOR, you can see the entire pier, as well as over 180 degrees of the majestic California coastline including the Oceanside jetties by the marina directly from the living room.
This condo has a 30-night minimum rental (per HOA). We only rent this property by the calendar month (for example, all of June), usually by checking in on the last day of the prior month and checking out the first day of the following month. If you are unable to select your desired dates to book, please reach out to me thru Email and I'll gladly assist you. (Selecting a 31 Night stay removes the 11.5% Oceanside transient tax).
Of course, the entire condo is fully stocked for your stay with dishes, utensils, pots, pans linens, and towels. We also included beach chairs.boogie boards and a beach umbrella. The primary bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk in shower, walk-in closet, King bed and smart TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed pop Up more comfortable then a regular sleeper sofa. We also have a convertible sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, as well as living room (3 total).
2 reserved parking spots in our underground garage parking (elevator), ensure that your vehicle is safe and secure during your stay.

Our home is within a very quiet, gated community and within walking distance to numerous Restaurants, Train Station, Historic Pier, Bike Trails, and a picturesque Harbor (with lots of restaurants, shops, and boat rentals), Downtown Shops, Museums, Star & Brooks Theater, Library, Movie Theater, weekly Farmer's Markets, Thursday's famous Sunset Festival, many Local Breweries, and various events at the beach.
Additionally, just a stroll down The Strand, where you can rent bikes, e-bikes, or the famous 4-6 seater Strand Beach Bikes.
A short walk to the Coaster train which will take you to Orange County, LA, or San Diego.
