Welcome to your Oceanside beachfront retreat, where luxury meets the ocean breeze. This stunning 6-bedroom, 5-full-bathroom, 1-half-bathroom property comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or group vacations.
Step inside to discover a spacious, open-concept living area with panoramic ocean views. The living room features a cozy queen sleeper sofa, ideal for lounging after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from a coffee maker to a full set of cookware and utensils, ensuring your culinary adventures are hassle-free.
The six beautifully appointed bedrooms each have king-sized beds, providing a restful night's sleep. Five of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the sixth shares a full bathroom. The half-bathroom is conveniently located for guests.
Enjoy the ultimate in relaxation with a private spa, rooftop deck, and fire pit. The outdoor area also features a BBQ grill, perfect for al fresco dining. Whether you're sipping coffee on the balcony or unwinding in the hot tub, every moment here is designed for comfort and enjoyment.

PARKING: 2 Car Garage (NO PARKING ALLOWED IN FRONT OF THE DRIVEWAY ON PACIFIC TERRACE ST.)
Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
