NCV - always a good get away

The location and OC is always a good get away for us. we’ve stayed in several different units but love the marina facing the best. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and the sand. I would encourage the prop mgr to remind renters of the ants in the area and the units. Out of towners aren’t traveling with food containers and this is a MUST. Prop Mgr was helpful and good on communication.

The interior was lovely and so clean. We will definitely stay in E5 next time we visit!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was on the first floor, so there was easy access to the beach in the parking lot. But the place needed an overhaul. The sink in the kitchen was cracked. The carpet was stained the bathroom needed caulking because the ants kept coming back. And the fan light Was like a jet engine in the bathroom. This wasn’t the original place I reserved, but was told my place had been sold, and that this was an upgrade which maybe only the condo location. Also there was construction everywhere around the grounds the Jacuzzi was never hot.. The gym was exceptional.
