Tropical Paradise

Everything is amazing. Amazing location! However, there’s a bad odor coming from the couch, and maybe a little bit more of kitchen utensils would up the level to great!

Beautiful steps to the beach/ocean

We absolutely loved this rental- Reading complaints about moisture smell is strange, You are right in front of the ocean and of course there will be moisture! It was very clean, the owners are wonderful and provided all beach supplies, kitchen supplies. We do feel couch should be reupholstered or replaced- It is worn as mentioned by others - Otherwise, we will definitely return!! Thank you - God bless!

It was a bit disruptive. Management company was really kind. They gave us a small refund for our troubles

Very clean, very thorough check in/check out procedures

The property was very clean, staff was extremely friendly and the check in/out process was very easy and clear. It was very comforting to have the HOA on-site in the event something happened with the property. The establishment was very family friendly! We walked to the beach, the harbor beach was much more relaxing and had lots of space compared to the pier side. We walked to the train station and took the Coaster down to San Diego, a very nice train! We also had shopping and restaurants in the harbor which was much more quiet and family friendly than the pier side. The condos were perfectly placed to enjoy either the pier or harbor side but for our family the harbor was perfect and met all of our needs for food, shopping and a big sandy beach. My only small complaint was the pull out couch. It would be fine for small kids but not very adult or teenager friendly. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay!

Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom condo was fine but realize there are water issues. We arrived to a filthy bathroom sink, we cleaned it out. Returning 5 hours later, the same sink was full of gray water. We called for help, security came and emptied water into sink. A plumber finally came the next day after a second call. The grounds and rec center were nice despite construction.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was quiet. We stayed for 2 weeks in October so I assumed most everybody was back to work and school. Everything was comfortable no complaints there. However we enjoy sitting on the balcony when we visit and this balcony was not suited for that. It had a very large storage box that look up more than half the space. And the chairs were uncomfortable and rusted out. The view has a lot to be desired and had 3 or 4 very large light domes in front of the balcony. Felt like aliens had landed. 😂🤣😂🤣

Our condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed and was super cozy and beachy. It was a little hot in our condo. The fans helped alot. The condo had everything we needed and we just loved every minute of our stay. My only suggestion is better pillows they weren't the greatest but they worked :) we would definitely stay again
