INTERIOR

This updated unit is located on the second floor and faces the Oceanside Harbor, offering great views for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. The unit features a large sofa sleeper sectional, a dining table for four, and an updated kitchen that is amply stocked with everything you need for meal preparation. The living room boasts a 50-inch Smart TV and provides access to a private patio featuring a dining table for two. Please NOTE: This unit does not have Air Conditioning. Many units located at the beach do not have this amenity due to the continued airflow from the ocean and cooler overnight temperatures. Ceiling fans and stand-up fans provide ample airflow for guests to enjoy their stay.

OUTDOORS

The patio has seating for two people to enjoy the harbor views. Guests are welcome to use beach supplies such as chairs, body boards, and other amenities on the patio. The Harbor Beach, known for surfing, swimming, and all beach activities, is located 150 feet away from the unit. This condo complex is the only one situated between Oceanside's harbor and beachfront, making it a truly unique Southern California destination. Harbor Beach is just steps away! Located right on the beach within the exclusive gated community of Oceanside Harbor, the complex features a heated community pool and spa. The pool area includes two large BBQ grills and plenty of seating for al fresco dining. This condo comes with one assigned parking space.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bath. The newly renovated bath features a walk-in shower and a single vanity sink.
