Good Ocean View

As disclosed, there is a lightly traveled street between this four unit residence and the beach. Location is in walking distance to the pier, many restaurants, and harbor. Overall a good experience and I will consider returning.

This place is in the perfect location! Big enough for the 8 of us to all have space! Parking is a plus! There's nothing like having the ocean right in front of you!

Right on the sand so much so that we were the envy of all passers by. Exquisite property and location. Well appointed with each bedroom with an en suite. Clean residence with modern look. Responsive management company. Enjoyed our stay and it made the 50th birthday celebration special for all involved!

The view!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The view and sound of the ocean is incredible. Super easy access to the beach. Beds are comfortable. Wonderful that it’s pet friendly, too!

great location right on the beach

perfect for a short weekend! only note is that there are not actually 4 full beds - 1 room is bunk beds. the photos misleadingly depict 2 images of the same room. the check in/check out time is also a bit intense.

Great beach condo!

We had a blast. The condo was perfect for our big family. There are actually 4 separate bedrooms, making it easier for everyone to have space when needed. The only things I would suggest is a thorough cleaning of the roof deck and checking on the sinks/shower drainage located in the two bedrooms closest to the kitchen. Nothing bad, just something we noticed. Amazing vacation for our family and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Winter at the beach

Not the ideal time to go in December but the property was breathtaking and a close walk to the pier and it’s restaurants. It was really cold and space heaters were provided for every room, which was good because it was really cold. The rooms were really nice and loved that each had its own bathroom. The only thing that was tough to navigate was the fake and frosted wall in between two of the rooms. Otherwise, we had 6 people staying there and it was plenty spacious. Thank you for the hospitality and convenience.

I will say , it’s perfectly laid out for a family of 2 or a large family . It has plenty of bathrooms and the living room and kitchen has ample space .. you can’t beat the views .. it’s also beach front , with actual beach not rocks ... We plan to go back in the summer

WOW!

This property was worth every penny! The location can not be beat as it's on a stretch of beach without those big rocks, and with lots of sand, which is very hard to find in Oceanside. Being able to just walk out of the condo and cross the street to the ocean is really amazing. The condo itself was super comfortable and spacious. Lots of great amenities. I have one thing I would change and that's to have some kind of foot rinsing station on the outside of the building. Other than that it's pretty perfect! We had one hiccup with the AC and they had it fixed within an hour.

The unit was spacious and modern, so our extended family did not feel like we were on top of each other constantly. The area of the beach that we overlooked was less traveled and not crowded, which was a plus. The furnishings were comfortable and modern. The fire pit and available space heaters allowed us to keep the panoramic doors open much of the time, so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. Communication with the management company was simple via email, text, etc. and staff was polite and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

The feeling of having a private living room on the beach was perfect for a weekend catching up with friends, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Having 4.5 bathrooms was really enjoyable for our big group. The keypad entry system was awesome and made it easy for our group to come and go. There were a few little things with property condition that I was surprised Beachfront Only hadn't checked on ahead of time, that would improve future stays: - the propane tank for the rooftop fire pit was empty & the backup was rusted shut- only 4 forks (also only 8 wineglasses) and when we texted, staff didn't bring replacements until the next day after a 2nd reminder- only small frying pans... the house fits 10 people but that's not how the pans are sized!- no ice ... there is what seems to be an ice maker on the counter, but it is rusty and there aren't instructions

Great getaway!

My wife, son (16), daughter (12) and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the place. We had my assistant and her husband and 3 kids over. Plenty of room, clean, beautiful and fun! Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

The view was perfect, the beach just across the street. This was for a special birthday and I wanted my family around. There was plenty of space for 10 people. The first bedrooms sink had a drainage issue, but that happens with sand. The only suggestion I would make is to install a timed shower outside to get rid of the sand. There is a palm tree on south east corner that could be replaced by a shower. Best part was I didn't have to change sheets, or clean when we left.
