Exceptional property right on the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The property was right on the Strand on the Oceanside beach. With the folding doors open, it was as if we were sitting on the beach! Clean and well appointed, this property was everything we expected and more!

Beautiful house and location

We have stayed at this beautiful location for three years in a row. It fits five of us with ease, and can fit more. It also allows us to bring our dog, and the views area absolutely breathtaking! We love how the entire sliding glass door opens up completely so we can see the view and hear the ocean from the kitchen, or anywhere in the main living area. It is located close to the pier and to the many restaurants in the area. We will definitely stay in this house again in the future. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Great beach house with views

This home was perfect for our family. The sliders opened all the way and the views were amazing, not just the ocean and sunset but also the people watching in the strand! So much to look at. The house sits about 8-10 feet above the ground so you feel above all the activity on the strand. The kitchen had great pots and pans and utensils for cooking along with a great huge dinner table. We also bbq’d and sat by the gas fire place on the patio. So clean! Easy from start to finish.

Beautiful!!!

This is our second year in a row renting this exact unit and we absolutely love it! Our last few days were unfortunately much less peaceful due to the inconsiderate family that checked into the other three units, But the place is amazing :)

This place was perfect for us all, especially the seniors. They could enjoy the beach and be close and always have the view and be comfortable. It was perfect from 11 years old to 81. We could walk everywhere and ride bikes everywhere. Highly recommend!

The location and condition of the property is excellent. However, the elevator was not working from time to time during our stay, which made it very difficult for the handicapped in our group to get up and down the stairs. One of the beds is a bunk bed, which is accessible only by climbing up the outer frame of the bed to the top bunk, making it virtually inaccessible to the people in our age group. Also, we were assured our location was all on one level, but in fact, there were two steps up to one of the rooms into more steps up to another room. But two of the rooms had no steps for their access accessibility. The management company was also on moving in there early check-in policy. I have never had a VRBO property that didn’t allow check in a couple hours early without charge if the property was ready. Consequently, we had to sit in our car in the garage until the appointed hour. The management company was very prompt and response to all our inquiries, however, and we can only give them five stars for their communication.

Our favorite part of the day was opening windows and enjoying the sunset right from the living room! only snag was upon arrival, the trash was not taken out of property and we had a clogged sink, but we called management and they sent someone right over and took care of it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Oceanside.

Very modern, clean, functional, and comfortable property, we were in corner unit which came with wide ocean views. Parking was very convenient with 2 spots in basement a direct access to apartment unit. The unit is on less crowded side of Oceanside beach but still short walk from Pier. One improvement we would have liked were better toiletries.

We loved the panoramic doors that allowed for front and center beach views and safe distanced people watching. The unit was perfect for our family of 6 and furry companions. It was clean, comfortable and stocked pretty well. It was walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you need to do some work zoom meetings just bring your own wifi spot as we had trouble connecting for the one day we had some online work to do.

The condo is spacious for our family of 5 with a couple extended family members as well. We enjoy the views from the wrap around balcony and your literally steps from the sand. The water is amazing and the tide moves out in the afternoon providing even more sand space to play in. If you’re somewhat local I recommend bringing key kitchen items to cook/bake with. The kitchen is stocked with basics, but not everything. For the most part the place is clean. We will absolutely be coming back again.

We walked down the hall to see the most amazing views. Breath taking.The sunsets were spectacular. Everything we needed was there. A quick trip to the store and we were ready to relax. Found some great local dinning. Rode bicycles on the strand and around town. Swam in the ocean. Watched movies on the smart TV. But most importantly, was the quality time spent together. Memories that will last a lifetime.
