Favorite Beach Vacation

Oceanside has been our favorite beach getaway for many years and we rely on On The Sand for easy booking and a very helpful on site staff to keep us coming back… The beach is fun, great for kids and beautifully maintained by the city and numerous volunteers and lifeguards…With frequent activities and restaurants within easy walking distance it's our favorite getaway…

A very nice stay

We had a pleasant week-long stay. The location is fantastic and sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean was life changing. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Ceiling fans, which we used a lot, were quiet and moved the air well. We happened to be there for a stretch of unusually warm, humid days so the floor fans the host provided were very much appreciated. There is no question that we will be back.

Must stay here

This is our 3rd vacation vacancy stay with North coast village. We have rented from 3 different owners and every one of our stays has been wonderful. This year we stayed in a unit facing the ocean. For us it was worth the $$. We had great communication with rent on the sand. There really isn’t a bad place to stay at North Coast Village. Great location to go north or south for exploration of other beaches and towns.

Heaven on earth

I have heart problems and just got over an upper resiratory infection. The minute we got to the beach i was cured! We have stayed at North Coast Village condos for many years. D 24 IS one of the best condos yet.The bedding was superb. We didnt use the guest room but the beds seemed nice and soft.

Ocean wave therapy

Amazing experience. Just like pictures. The couch and dining were large enough to sit whole family comfortably. No AC needed due to ocean air cooling system! :) Pool and hot tub were great bonus features. Comfortable mattresses on all the beds.

As my family had stayed in a different unit in January and it was a fabulous stay, this unit is the complete opposite. Ur first impression is the weathered door. Once in, the floors are old and beat up with ant traps everywhere. The walls have marks throughout the unit. The bathrooms are not updated with shower temperatures not adjusting and shower clogged w years of hair and toilet kept running. This unit is run down!

Great spring break getaway!

We love visiting Oceanside and we were excited to stay the week this year for our kids spring break. The property is beautiful and views where amazing. We usually stay closer to the Main Street, so I missed the convenience and variety of shops and restaurants. However, there were some restaurants within walking distance in the harbor. The condo was nice and cozy, but definitely had some wear and tear. Few things annoyed me…the master toilet that continuously runs, missing magnet on master shower door to keep the door shut, and lack of hooks to hang wet towels since you aren’t allowed to hang on balcony. Previous reviews mentioned the running toilet, so I thought it would have been fixed since its such a simple fix and obviously wastes water. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend this condo and property to our friends and family. We’re looking forward to booking our next trip back to Oceanside soon!

Very Nice Place

We really enjoyed the property very much and were very comfortable the whole time we were there. Clean with a view that can’t be beat. We’ve stayed at properties at North coast village every summer for over 20 years and it doesn’t get much better than this anywhere. We’ve already left our deposit for next year. Thank you
