6 week stay…

Our unit was nice in some ways, and needs a refresh in other ways. Bedroom and bathroom were great. Decor was fine. More clutter in drawers and cupboards than I care to see in a rental. Kitchen stuff seemed very cheap. And there is a cushion on one of the chairs that is disgusting. Only noticed it when I turned it over our last week. A couple beach chairs need replacing as well. Very used. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay. The view was really more of a peek a boo view over the rooftop of a building g. Sunset showers were still glorious. The staff in the patrol office were very nice helpful and friendly.

We stay at Northcoast Village every year . This unit was stocked with more than anyone could ever ask for . This was my favorite unit of all we have stayed in the last 4 years .

Great stay at this place. I wouldn’t say it’s a complete ocean view but definitely a short walk and the ocean is just right over a building. Any problems we had they responded with quickly. Very nice property with awaome amenities.

Amazing Beach Condo

This property is so well maintained and just gorgeous. The pool, and koi ponds and grounds are excellent. The condo is fully stocked with so many dishes and what not. All the extra blankets and sheets and towels were perfect. The closest with beach toys, and cooler, boogie boards, etc. was just what we needed. Everything you need is ready and waiting for you at this property. Will be staying here again for sure!!!

North Coast Getaway

Laura was a great host. She made check-in easy, responded to issues promptly, and there was no issue refunding the damage deposit. The unit has had very nice updating of flooring, vanity, bath, bathroom heater and wall heaters. Bed was very comfortable. Only issue was a few apartment ants but Laura lined up pest control to take care of that. Would absolutely consider repeat stay if we return to North Coast Village. The only disappointment was the construction in the garden beneath our balcony, which lasted 6 days a week for the entire month of our stay. Continual loud noise from numerous heavy equipment was extremely disruptive and insured we could not use the balcony. Laura tried to intercede on our behalf, but the Homeowner’s association manages this and they were unresponsive in mitigating the impact on vacationers. This work is complete so should not impact a future stay at Laura’s lovely unit, but be sure to call the North Coast Village to ask about planned construction before making booking, to avoid disappointment. Also note that units facing the South and East roads are exposed to loud traffic, but Laura’s unit avoids this, and is a preferred quiet location if there is no construction. Rating assumes no construction going froward.

It was relaxing and we liked the room except for the ant problem! Also the laundry room was sooooo difficult to use the wish.com app. We ended up wasting $15 because we couldn't get it to work.

Truly Amazing

Beachfront, beach view, 100's of miles of bike paths right from your doorstep, well equipped, affordable, lovely home in one of the best US beach towns we have ever been (trust me, we travel alot!) We stayed almost 3 weeks and our only issue is we needed more beach time - but we were so spoiled by being right there, that we just didn't "spend time" at the beach as much as we though. Owners have everything you need, even beach chairs, wagon and toys!

Perfect family location

Walking out to the sand and being so close to the beach was perfect for the kids. Close enough to the condo to go back and forth for forgotten items, bathroom trips, and lunch breaks. The pool was awesome and we couldn’t be happier with the condo itself. Clean and perfect size for a small family. This particular unit has a little creek running by it and it was peaceful falling asleep to that sound every night.

25th Wedding Anniversary

I can’t rave enough about our stay at the beach bungalow. Everything was perfect. The condo itself was sparkling clean and had all of the amenities that we needed to feel like we were at home. The resort was the closest thing to Hawaii that you will get it. I thoroughly enjoyed walking the grounds, feeding the Koi fish ,soaking in the Jacuzzi tub. We were literally steps from the beach and got to see the glorious sunset from the balcony. It was soo convenient to the Harbor and the pier. When not out exploring there was plenty to do inside with streaming tv and board games. Laura was an excellent host and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be back

Gorgeous Beachside Condo

We've stayed at NCV now for a few years and this was by far the best condo we've stayed at. Beautifully updated, loved the dual sink vanity, great shower too. My kids said the pull out bed was very comfortable. Owner was kind enough to check in on us before our arrival to make sure we had all of the information we needed. Every detail of this condo was top notch. We also loved the ocean view from the balcony. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely space with us!
