Great property

Very clean, convenient to many things in the community (beach, street fair, pier, dolphin/whale cruise across the bridge, restaurants, etc). I would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous condo with ocean view

You could hear the waves crashing on the beach from our bedroom. It was really nice. The interior is just beautiful and the beds very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The beach

The place was very clean and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Could used a few more cooking utensils and a big pan or two. Would go back again.

Gorgeous views, clean & comfortable!

This has been the most well-kept VRBO we've stayed at! It was very clean, cutely decorated throughout each room. The ocean views are gorgeous from the from the living room/kitchen and bedroom. Nice patio for fresh sea air. Loved having the windows open in the bedroom or patio to hear the waves. Lots of functional hooks for towels (small things count). Thank you for sharing your beautiful space filled with great energy!

Meeting New Grandbaby

Love, Love, Loved it!!!! We frequently travel from Michigan to Oceanside because our daughter and son in law live on base. We have been searching for a place to continue renting for all of our trips to California and I think we have finally found it!!!! This condo has met all of our expectations and then some!!!

The condo was really dated with a mirrored wall in the bedroom and living room. The furniture was hard and there wasn't a good place to relax. The walk to the beach was great, the heated pool was wonderful. The walkability of the area was nice and there was plenty of food options. With a couple of changes, this would have been a great place to stay but overall I was pleased with the experience and could stay there again.

Excellent location and very comfortable stay

This Property is located minutes away from the beach. We have a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the beach view from balcony. Providing extra bedding and towels was a major plus. One minor sore point was not receiving communication about the check-in process, which itself was fairly straight forward once I was able to reach an agent on the phone. Another was not having coffee. A mention in the descripton would have helped :). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Will highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a relaxing week with the family at this resorty locale. Had a nice beach/ocean view and could hear the waves at all times. The property is well kept, has a very nice pool and spa, and well maintained paths, game room and ammenities. The location was great, able to walk to the harbor or downtown, felt safe the entire stay. To nit pick a bit, the beach chairs were old and one was broken, the screen had a little hole in it, it was a bit muggy/damp the first couple of nights in the room and no AC. All that said, we would highly recommend staying here, especially for young families.

Never a dull moment navigating the layout. The pool , hot tub are scenic as are the views from the decks. The rental company helped accomodate us with several unexpected issues involving flight changes and on site construction. The turnaround on our emails or questions was fast and efficient. We look forward to coming back some time soon. Thanks!

Cool Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Welp, we are fortunate to visit Oceanside in June and stay comfortably in this property! It was in the high 60's when we visited, so that was not too hot for us from PNW. The property is nice and clean! The mirrors made the place spacious! We had all what we needed in the room! Well equipped with towels, utensils, and the like! The balcony is the best place to go breathe in some ocean breeze and view the blue waters of the Pacific! There are no ACs, but we did not need them at the time. The beach is about 5 min walk, if you don't stop along the way to check out the welcoming landscape full of trees, bushes, healthy plants and beautiful flowers, ponds, pools, and other amenities! The Farmer's Market on that Thursday added fun to our stay around the area! Checking in and out was a breeze! Staff were nice and friendly! We received a couple of calls from them to check on us! The weather was cool! The place was cool! The staff were cool! The Farmer's Market was cool! That was one cool vacation!

Great location, view and amenities

What you feel about this place is a very personal preference. I liked the location, the view, the gym, the fast internet and the underground parking. I didn't like that the unit was very dated, the bed frames were falling apart, and the pots and pans had passed the stage of even the garbage. I would say at least it was correctly priced for what it is.

Ocean View Was Great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company and North Coast Village are fantastic. I have rented several units within this development from MMV and have only ever had a wonderful experience. That being said, there are pros and cons to this specific unit. First, the deadbolt doesn't work (or if is does work, it's very difficult to lock and I wasn't able to figure out the trick). Furniture in this unit is uncomfortable and the rug in the family room can't be walked on without shoes unless you like pain. Plan on washing your towels as they only provided 4 beach towels and 4 bath towels for the week. No beach toys or boogie boards were provided which is fine, but other units provide these perks and I appreciated that during other stays. Lastly, the unit was clean enough, but the kitchen needed a good scrub (specifically the cabinets, outside of oven, and stovetop). I will say the location of this unit is great and the view of the ocean is wonderful. You can hear the ocean from the whole unit when windows are open and that is a plus for me. This unit provided 4 beach chairs, a wagon, and a beach umbrella for beach days. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi were also provided. Overall this unit was fine, but don't be expecting luxurious accommodations. For views and beach access it's great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You should really provide more towels and paper products within reason to make this property more of a 4 or 5 star experience. We were provided with four beach towels for three people for the entire week! I didn’t want to pay the additional $40 fee for new towels. Additionally, there were no facial Kleenex, so we had to ration the toilet paper provided to us for the week. It just felt like we were being nickel & dimed after paying so much money to stay there.
