「This is a non smoking facility but as soon as you enter the lobby for check in there is a strong scent of cigarette. The staff was helpful. The laundry room was clean. I liked the minimalist room design but it lacked quality of workmanship. There was a daylight gap around the entire door to our room and other small details that made the room feel like it was done by an amateur. 「DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I made a reservation with Expedia for this property. I chose the “pay at property” option for my reservation. On the day of check in I arrived around 7pm. The man at the front desk told me my reservation had been cancelled. I checked my Expedia app and my reservation was active. So I asked why was it cancelled. He then proceeds to lie and say that they ran my credit card ahead of time and the card declined so the reservation was cancelled. This was false. I told him my card...

「Filthy room. There was a “personal pleasure’ toy in the bed and visibly dirty sheets. The office staff would not switch our room or couldn’t offer housekeeping to change out the bedding. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle instead because who wants to sleep in a strangers body fluid and dirt? We went to a different hotel. 」

However, the facilities are dated: the bed will move, not enough tables in the room, dishes are not thoroughly cleaned and really really thin wall.
