“The location just off busy route 20 was a minus, especially since it is difficult to make a left hand turn out of the property with the heavy traffic. The hotel itself was clean, modern and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and well prepared/presented. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the exercise room.”

“I never write reviews. However, this hotel was such a huge disappointment. The room was outdated (ex. old rugs, heavily worn furniture, uncomfortable bed), and had a weird smell. When we arrived there was a window screen sitting on the floor in the room. The windows were old and allowed the sound of the passing cars to come right in. When I asked the front desk clerk to be switched to a room on the opposite side (away from the road), he replied that they had no other rooms available. The walls……

“The location is perfect, right on the center of Lenox downtown. Parking at the back of the hotel, though you might not be able to find a parking space if come back late. The room size is ok. But without refrigerator or provide ice station at floor level-not convenient for summer. The floor carpet is old and dirty. The hotel added another antique styled area rug covering the half of the bed area. It looks better but the area rug are not attached to the ground carpet. Easy to get tripped. No……

“excellent lakeside view”

“Horrible stay. Other guests (young kids) were partying in a adjacent room and running up and down the stairs just outside of my room until 3:30am. Staff at the hotel did little to nothing, so I paid almost $400 to be kept up all night.”

“This is a clean, functional hotel. There are no frills, but it suits for a night or so. I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays.”
