Fabulous stay!
We have recently returned from our stay at The Rise. The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need during your stay, the washing machine was a particular hit with two small children 👍 The pool a and outdoor area is stunning, we felt like we had our own private pool as we didn’t see another person use it during the duration of our trip.
The property is in a quiet area, close to a supermarket and petrol station. There are a wealth of places to eat and drink approx 10 minutes away by car or bus. Within 10 minutes you can also get to a variety of beautiful beaches, we visited numerous during our stay and didn’t find one that we didn’t like. Miami was a particular favourite (thanks Wayne for the recommendation.)
What made our experience outstanding was our host Wayne. He could not have been more helpful and welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we had the best time. From organising numerous taxis and arranging hire cars to giving advice on the best beaches and generally answering any queries we had. Even going so far as to drop us off and collect us a considerable distance away one night when no taxis were available. Nothing was too much trouble and replies were always super prompt.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Barbados. Thanks Wayne!!
