Three bedroom apartment La Mairena Elviria

This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located in a rural setting on the hillside complex of La Mairena, Ojen, behind Elviria. This secure and gated complex offers a large communal pool. La Mairena is just 7kms from the beach and beach bars , restaurants and shops of Elviria. The apartment offers hot and cold air conditioning and free WiFi.



Take the steps through the trees down to the apartment. This apartment offers a lovely terrace area with stunning views over the complex and green valley to the sea. The open plan lounge/diner is furnished with an L shaped sofa, chairs and wall mounted TV, plus a wood burner for the colder months. The dining area has seating for 6 people. The lounge offers access to the terrace furnished with a table and chairs, lounge chairs and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a smaller terrace off the dining area.



The master bedroom benefits from a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and has access to the terrace and an en suite bathroom, with bath and shower attachment. Guest bedroom 2 also has a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. The guest bedrooms share the use of a separate bathroom with a shower attachment and there is also a separate WC.

Fabulous apartment with amazing views, which looks even better than the photos

The apartment is spacious with lovely marble everywhere. The views from almost every room are incredible, and the terrace enjoys a 180 degree view of the sea. It is a short drive to the beach and attractions, while the surrounding nature reserve is wonderful for hiking. Matthew and the team from Home Care were very accommodating during our four month stay. Thank you so much, we are looking forward to returning next year! M&M
