“Real nice .. small”

“Audrey and her husband were the kind of hosts who make you feel welcome before you even arrive—and even after you’ve left. Their downtown apartment was a spacious haven, thoughtfully stocked, clean, and comfortable.We adored its character: an older building lovingly refreshed, yet still whispering stories through details like the brick wall in the living room. From the windows, we gazed out at Sebring’s historic circle, dressed in twinkling Christmas lights—a view that felt like a holiday card……

“Host communicated very well. Access was easy and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc.”

“Comfortable stay in a cute 2BR. Very clean, well appointed, great sitting area and seating on the balcony. Walkable to the marina shop and restaurants. Host Vivian was very responsive and friendly.”

“The hosts were very accommodating. We’re always there. They answered the phone quickly and offered us more than we asked for. I would recommend doing business with them and I would have stayed if I didn’t get my own place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s warm, friendly, and the neighborhood is cozy. Even the neighbors waved to you constantly and although I worked the majority of my stay, this is a place where I felt safe and welcomed day one to the end.”

“The property was in a good location. It was pet friendly and there wasn't any negative neighbors that I encountered. The host Hugo was easy going and I didn't have a problem reaching him fir questions or assistance. I would recommend if you are on a reasonable budget. I would rent again.”

“Enjoyed my stayvery much. Great walkable location. The unit was very clean. The only suggestion is to clean in-between the couch cushions. I dropped someone down the side, andfound it full with crumbs etc. Otherwise excellent. Will boo, again”
