“The photos looked amazing but they were older pictures and the house is in need of some TLC. The pond was cool but needed cleaned up very swampy and needed all the tall weeds cleaned up. “Celebrated my 40th birthday here. Everything about this villa is absolutely incredible. Tons of room, beautiful views, and the grounds are incredible. The water level was perfect on the private beach and its only a short walk down to the waters edge. We had a tritoon rental and it was easily beached while not in use.
