"The hotel and staff were great. It's just a short walk to the Malecon, and there are plenty of shops and food stands nearby, which made everything very convenient. My only complaint is that the pool doesn’t open until 10 a.m., and you have to go out to the beach to get and return beach towels. Not a big deal, but a bit inconvenient. Beach towels need to be returned in order to check out no exceptions unless you want to pay a fee. Overall, I really liked the hotel and would stay here again if the price is right."
"The property is a gem in a great neighborhood. Convenient to the beach as well as to tons of great restaurants. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. This property, however, would not be good for anyone with mobility issues as there are stairs everywhere."

"There were lots of pool tiles inside the pool that were either missing or loose both on the floor of the pool and surrounding the inside of the pool. The larger tiles were also extremely dirty and it felt like the pool could need a really good clean, although the water did appear to be clean and was a lovely tepid temperature "
