House layout: Main floor: living room with gas logs and floor-to-ceiling windows with views; full kitchen with all basic amenities, including dishwasher and coffee maker; dining area with seating for 6-7; master bedroom with gas logs, flat screen HDTV (satellite TV provided), doors out to deck with views, and en suite bathroom (walk-in shower only); bedroom with a queen bed and HDTV; full hall bath with shower only. Upstairs Loft: 2 chairs that convert to twins and 50" TV. Lower level: family room with 75" HDTV, wet bar, and doors out to lower level patio; garage game room with air hockey, ping pong, and foosball; bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom (shower only). No parking is allowed on roadways or at gate entrances. No RVs, boat trailers, camping trailers, or trailers of any kind are permitted in the Gateway Mountain Community.
