“Nice little cottage”

“We absolutely loved our weekend at Rebel's Creek Resort. Such a cozy, welcoming home filled with lots of comforts. Tucked away in the woods with stream by the house. Backyard fence lined with chicken wire so our dogs could explore while outside with us. Roasted marshmallows over firepit. We certainly plan to return again.”

“Fantastic cabin overlooking Hat Creek. Weather was not cooperating so the wood burning stove was put to work. Fantastic vibe and picturesque views. Wildlife galore!!!”

“The cabin was very nice, but did not include running water or a bathroom. The lack of a private bathroom and running water was difficult.”

“Loved staying at this sweet spot in Mineral! The place was cozy, clean, and well appointed. Especially appreciated the cast iron pan! Lots of fun things to do all around and loved how close it was to Lassen. Would definitely come again.”

“We had the best stay at this house! It was so welcoming and cozy. When we got there, music was on for us, a basket of snacks on the counter and a bottle of wine. We've never had that anywhere else we've stayed. Shelly and her husband were just the best!! It was my husbands birthday and she made him his favorite cake. Shelly was always available to answer questions. We loved having the deer visit every day and feeding them graham crackers. A first! We were sad to leave. Wonderful house. 💗”

“Great place to stay. Within 2 minutes walking distance near the bathrooms, the property has three coin operated washing machines ($2.25 per load ) and four clothing dryers ($0.25 for 8 minutes) if you need clothes washed during your stay.”

“I stayed here with my brother-in-law and our kids, all between the ages of 5-11. The house was perfect for our stay, with all the amenities we needed, and the location was ideal for fishing and exploring. The check in process was seamless. Overall, this was a wonderful experience.”

We enjoyed a week of quilting, shopping at a great quilt shop in Susanville, visiting breathtaking Mt Lassen Park and Burney Falls. We hope to return next year to explore more of the area.”

“Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again.”

“Beautiful place. Great host. Peaceful home nestled by a beautiful creek. Nice size kitchen to cook in with everything you need. My girls and I were so happy here I actually wish we lived here. The beds are so comfortable. Best night sleep in a long time. Will be making this our vacation spot every year. ❤️”

“Well, it did not feel like a resort. It was mostly like a trailer park with tents, cabins and trailers. I think the property needs to have a landscaping consultant to evaluate and redesign it to feel more like a resort. Also hard to find entrance off Hwy44 at night as the sign is faded and without any lighting.”

“This year we decided that instead of buying presents, we would spend time together in a cozy cabin in the woods. We arrived and had a little bit of a hard time finding our cabin and since, it was the 24th of December and there was no one to help us get to our cabin, we started looking around. The place itself is beautiful because it is in nature but there is unnecessary stuff all around, even a plane. The cottage was cute but when we walked in there were plug ins everywhere, we hate plug ins as……
