“What an amazing place to stay in Savannah! Such a cute room, very cozy. Beautiful house and perfect parking on 38th St. Perfectly situated in Midtown area close to everything. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Charming old house furnished with many antique pieces of furniture and art. You were free to enjoy the first floor with other guests. About a 16 minute walk to their sister property which had a great bar!! Which is why we walked.”

The self-check-in process was seamless, and the attention to detail was impressive. we really enjoyed having a glass of wine on the second-floor piazza, as well as morning coffee on the back porch with views of the waterfront across the street. The room itself was spacious with grand ceilings and you could feel the homes history. We enjoyed the Marble bathrooms with rain showers and the beds were incredibly comfortable; it felt like……

“We loved the little cottage-like apartment! Our family of 5 fit nicely (our 1yo was in a pack n play) and it had all the amenities we needed. The garden was lovely and the apartment was clean. It was a block away from Forsyth Park which has a playground for the kids and nearby coffee for the adults. We would absolutely stay here again—we had a wonderful stay in Savannah and a large part was due to this apartment!”

“Rustic little place offering 3 separate beds which was exactly what I was looking for. The location is right in the historical district and that is a beautiful area to step out to in the morning. Everything is in walking distance or can be reached with a fare free shuttle bus that stops mere minutes from the place. Didn't bring food and coffee? No problem, literally 2 minutes around the corner is a grocery store with a Starbucks inside. Suggestion for the rental management team: A drop of……

“This was a great location for us. The space was comfortable for us and our two dogs. Wish there had been grass or gravel in the yard and not dirt. When it rained it was a muddy mess taking the dogs out. Management was very responsive when our washer did not work and allowed us to use the washer in another unit. Requested cleaning supplies from maintenance man and he brought me some so I could clean the floors. Much appreciated!”
