“Great location, clean and friendly”

“The property shows up on the Hotels.com map as being in the city center. It was only when I arrived that the host told me it was somewhere completely different, south of the river in a suburb. I cancelled by booking and stayed somewhere else. Zero stars. ”

“Actually everything is good, but the last day, when we checked out, and asking about the pick up service fee, just released the hotel seems not help to arrange, we did do the request from the day when we checked in.”

“The room was better than what we expected, it was pretty spacious and clean. The area was quiet at night, very close to the blue church. Would be better if the curtain could completely cover the windows as there were still slits, hence a bit bright once the sun was out. Pretty good experience in general.”

“搭乘1號 tram 由車站抵達附近，隨著 google map 指引，看到建物規模比想像中小了不少，有點擔心，看到飯店的旗幟大小也是小巧可愛。 飯店接待是位專業的女士，雖然不像五星連鎖飯店接待般的笑臉迎人，但她展現的是專業的說明與明快的處置，即使我們提早抵達，仍讓我們盡速入住。 飯店還提供免費的 Mini Bar ，裡面有我思念已久的 Vinea 氣泡飲料，還有好喝的斯洛伐克啤酒。 飯店早餐走的是精緻路線，部分可自行拿取如飲料、糕點與水果等。菜色樣式雖然不多，但我的妻子相當喜歡。 飯店房間小了點，整體空間卻營造出老式的美國奢華，相當舒適。 這個價格帶是我下次再前往的不二選擇，即使我之前住過Bratislava 其他五星連鎖的飯店。 ”
