Amazing and peaceful

John and Anne are amazing hosts and offer a very nice RV camping experience. We loved cooking breakfast and dinners on the outdoor grill and sitting outside watching our Gators lose their softball game while we enjoyed the birds and sounds of the river right next to us. Excellent communication and as much or as little interaction as you wish to have w the hosts. The location is quiet and offers excellent access to both Fanning and Manatee Springs or enjoyable paddling right off the dock. The RV was perfect for the two of us and the bed was super comfortable. This is NOT a place to come if you want fancy and close access to Starbucks or whatever (although we did find an amazing coffee and tea shop with the best gluten free baked goods ever!) This IS the place for you if you love nature, grilling out, sitting around a fire pit, and generally enjoying a simple lifestyle for a few days. We can’t wait to come back in the fall!

Comfortable retreat

Nice little spot situated on the river nestled in a tucked away neighborhood. We could hear barred owls in the distance and even saw some deer walking on the road at night. John was a very accomodating host. He came over right away when we really needed his help a few times and was nice enough to let us borrow his golf cart. The RV was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything you could ever need. We really enjoyed our evenings by the firepit. The setting is beautiful at night with the strung up lights and we even had room for our 8-person tent. The kids had a blast here.

Perfect Riverfront Getaway – Can’t Wait to Come Back!

This place was absolutely amazing! The RV was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—right off the river with the most beautiful views! We loved spending our evenings by the fire-pit and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities. John & Anne were wonderful hosts, super responsive, and made sure we had a great stay. We had theeee best time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

We had such a nice relaxing time! It was the perfect place to rest and recharge. Loved having coffee while watching the sunrise over the Suwannee and really enjoyed watching a movie outside by the fire.

Perfect Getaway on the Suwannee River

We had an absolutely excellent stay on the Suwannee River in a beautiful camper. The serene surroundings made for such a relaxing getaway. The host, John, was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. My wife and I truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to come back again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Best Host Ever!

When we checked in, the RV was 100% perfection! It was super clean, quiet, and the host thoroughly explained the ins and outs of how to operate the RV before excusing himself out. I would highly recommend this getaway to anyone seeking asylum from "everyday" life hustle and bustle. John offered (and we happily accepted) a boat ride to check out Fanning Springs, and then grabbed lunch. The late checkout was great! I would book this RV again and again! ...

An amazing getaway!

I wanted a quiet weekend getaway with my family and found the best place ever! This was the perfect place right on the Suwannee river. Only a few miles from the springs I knew the kiddos would love it! As soon as we arrived our hosts showed us around and explained all of the operations for the RV. There is even an outdoor TV that sits right next to the fire pit/ grill. I was able to cook a great dinner while we all watched a movie as the sun set in the background over the river. It felt like home! We will be back for sure! I highly highly highly recommend!!!

Had a great time! John and his wife are amazing hosts. They really took care of us! RV had everything you need for a nice and relaxing time. Kids loved the hammock and table games. Springs are close by. Views of the river are great from the RV. Definitely coming back!

Staying in the camper made us feel right at home!! We have a 5th wheel, so we knew all we needed to staying in a camper. It was so relaxing and the hosts were there if we needed them but we didn't need them for anything. Quiet and all the comforts of home that we wanted instead of staying at a hotel. We will definitely think about staying again the next time we head to FL.

We had an AMAZING weekend here. The view of the river from this property is spectacular. The RV was super clean and well equipped. John and Ann were the most hospitable and friendly hosts you could ever hope to meet. Would love to visit again.

Fantastic birthday weekend

Had a great birthday getaway. Our stay couldn't have been more enjoyable. We had a view of the river from any place we were, the camper living room, bedroom, or from the fire circle. The setup was great. Our host, John was fantastic host. We definitely want to come back and bring out grandson.

A perfect retreat

Anniversary Get-Away

John was the perfect host. He greeted us when we got there, showed us around our RV and invited us on a boat ride on the Suwannee. My husband loves to fish and he made that experience an enjoyable one. The RV was clean, quiet, with the amenities you need and don't want to travel with - towels, pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, etc. He even had bikes that we used for a little jaunt around the neighborhood. I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone who just needs to disengage from the busy-ness of it all and you just want to rest, relax, and listen to the sounds of nature with a beautiful river in your view.

Pure Peace

Great place to go to and unwind! Very quiet and peaceful. Firepit was great to sit by at night - along with the outside TV. John was a fantastic host. I highly recommend this place. Plan to wash your vehicle on the return home from the dirt road - you will need it. The family market in town has everything you may need.

Amazing place

The only reason I am giving this a 5 star rating is because it does not go up to 10 stars. This little get away for my daughter and i was one of the best vacations we have ever experienced. John is friendly, kind, helpful and the list goes on and on, I cannot thank John enough for accommodating us as much as he did. Wonderful vacation!

Fantastic location right on the Suwanee River! Very relaxing outdoor accommodations by the firepit overlooking the water. Inside the RV was clean, great air conditioning, and all the conveniences and comfort of home to include WiFi and streaming services on the TVs. Location was extremely convenient to multiple area attractions. Fantastic hosts who were a pleasure to meet. Great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.
