“Rovinj is good for 1 night. Gets old fast. Communication from the staff at the hotel was abysmal. When i finally got in touch with a person to verify my booking (because i had ZERO emails/info from the place beyond my expedia confirmation) she could not be bothered. We had to find the place using google maps, and once we finally did find it had to call a number then wait for a guy in the street while he came to check us in. Guy who actually checked us in was great, however. Room was exactly as……

“The property was very nice and clean. Air conditioner worked great. Location is in a lively street, so a bit noisy. There are a lot of stairs to reach the property so a bit difficult to reach with luggage. Bathrooms and kitchen in working condition.”

“This was a great place to stay, we were only there 2 nights but location was perfect Elena and Marko were wonderful. Communicated before arrival and provide great insight and ideas for the area. The hotel is located in old town so pretty much everything was steps away. We had a lot of luggage so it was a challenge getting from our parked car to the hotel. Elena helped arranging a shuttle so this made it much easier. Room was spacious, bathroom was great ”

“The hotel allows us to have early check in by 9a.m. Thank them for their hospitality. The room is clean, on the top floor, nicely decorated, very stylish yet feeling somewhat pressed cos it is an attic. That is something that let us down. The location is very good, next to the entrance of the old city and not far from bus station.”

“Je ne retournerais pas à cet établissement. Le matelas est terrible, fini, à jeter à la poubelle. Le wifi n’est pas bon du tout. Le soir nous n’étions pas capable d’y avoir accès. Il manquait toujours de l’eau chaude lors d’une seule douche. Pas de rideau pour la noirceur dans la chambre. L’escalier pour monter à l’appartement est extrêmement vieux et sale. L’appartement est bien équipée de toutes choses nécessaires mais il y a beaucoup de manques et de choses à améliorer.”

“The location was the saving feature of our stay. The apartment is located in the old town in a quiet area. The apartment appears nice enough but our bed wasn’t made when we finally checked in. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received. Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site. (E.g no light bulb in the room/ do we get more loo roll on a 6 night stay?!). As someone else said 3 months……

“Ich weiss gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, Die Unterkunft war absolut schrecklich! Das Zimmer entsprach nicht unserer Buchung und die Bilder entsprechen auch niemals der Realität. Es ist alles abgenutzt und nicht sauber. Das Kissen war steinhart, da es einfach in einen zu kleinen Bezug gestopft wurde. Nach Rückfrage wurde einfach erklärt, dass es keine weiteren Kissen gibt!! Im Schrank lag noch ein Kissen welches sehr dreckig war. Das W-LAN war ständig unterbrochen, wir sollten den Router ein und……

“Directions to get to the place were good. However, entrance then lots of steps. NO Towels, NO toiletries, half-used toilet paper only, Not a single glass or cup. Lights burnt out. Bathroom is a disaster, SO tiny and cramped! Host communicated through WhatsApp but took a long time to get back to us. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!”
