“Beds were terrible and the breakfast was not worth trying…disgusting. Putting nasty processed food in fancy dishes does not make it real or taste good.”

“Breakfast was good with several hot options, hard to keep everything stocked, but staff tried. It is not the cheapest hotel, so I was surprised to pay $21 a night for onsite parking. Room was spacious and good water pressure in the shower. Wish AC was stronger, it never got below 72 even though we had it on high the entire time.”

“Check in took a very long time, and the staff member gave the impression something was wrong with the reservation and left the room. The room was not very clean and was not in good repair. This was not a safe area with many questionable people hanging around after dark. There was lots of noise in the room above us every night between 9 pm and 2 am. At first we thought it was furniture moving, but then decided it was dogs playing with toys and barking.”

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

“Before checking in for our two night stay we asked if the hot tub was working. We were told yes so we checked in. 30 minutes later we found that it was not working. We were going to check out the next day and go somewhere else but were told that it would be working in a couple hours. We stayed. It was not working for the second day. We understand things break down but we asked twice and were told yes it was working…not true. The rooms were musty smelling and worn. The whole hotel was……

“Pretty good. This is a newer property, but it is already showing some signs of heavy use. We stayed only one night. It was fairly conveniently located near the middle/ East side of Colorado Springs. Close to the airport, grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay again if in the area.”
