“Not the best part of town, but excellent prices. The owner was friendly and helpful, and worked hard to greet us and keep up the property. It's clear she loves the place and works hard to make it the best that she can. Reasonable, safe place to stay inexpensively.”

“Without a doubt, one of the worst places I've ever stays. However, the price was excellent so I should have known better. Floors were filthy, unswept & unmopped in who knows how long (I kept my sox on the entire time), roach in the shower, room smelled of smoke, people sitting in chairs at night in the hallway, smoking. I'm assuming people live here so it was more of a flop-house atmosphere than hotel. I honestly cannot recommend this place unless you just really need a cheap room.”

“Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.”

“I really love this place! It's worth what you pay, private rooms, and kind staff. If you're a 🍀 smoker, you will feel right at home! I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!”
