「My Fiancé and I throughly enjoyed our 13 night' stay here at CITI Residence. From the moment we were taken to the property - We were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist and escorted to our room. After a few nights in our first room - We ran into an unpleasant smell, upon complaining - in the middle of the night - The management quickly moved us out and into a new room which seemed nice. The property is clean with everyday housekeeping services, very well maintained and privacy is simply...

「Great place, secure, friendly staff! Make sure to book online it’s cheaper that way. They have a nice dining area. The pepper soup is amazing. Just make sure you tell them to not make it too hot, because it is hot. Lol. Enjoy」

「Extremely dirty needs a total rehab. Will definitely not be staying here again. The staff are however very nice and helpful.」

「nice」

「Yes all but one of the staff were courteous 」

「SMALL SWIMMING POOL AND DIRTY, I CAN FIND RUBBISH INSIDE WATER IN TOILET FOR USE IS TOO YELLOW 」

「Staff were more helpful」

「This hotel truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were exceptional; warm, kind, and always eager to help. The owner’s personal presence added a special touch that made the stay feel even more welcoming. It’s very family-friendly, with grass area for children to play. The location is safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxing evening walks.」

「Mon mari a séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel et l'a trouvé très bien. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Les chambres sont bien entretenues」

「My first night the room was not cleaned. I kept seeing stains in the bathroom and insects flying around. The amenities in the bathroom look old as well, like there was no proper maintenance. The iron rod nearly struck my head when it fell as I was attempting to hang my towel. Day 2 they got it cleaned and sprayed insecticide, but I realized that the teacup was leaking. I've never seen a tea cup leak before! Night 3, I had to step out of the room to have it sprayed again because the mosquitoes...

「The food use to be nice, but the last one I had was terrible, I asked for towel I didn't get, no bath soap, just shampoo I stayed for just a few hours and left paid 140k」

「Do NOT book through expedia. Sujimoto apartment will leave you stranded & alone. Even with a booking, itinerary number, proof of payment, I got to the shortlet, only to be told not only do they not see my booking, they are fully booked and unable to give any accommodation. Such an Unorganized establishment. The staff member handling expedia account was no where to be found, unreachable by phone. They weren't able to see booking from their 3rd party agents and the number listed online to speak...

「The property was perfect for what we needed just an over night before flying out. 」

「I had a horrible experience. I paid for the place and could not gain access because host was complaining that they don’t get payout on time from Expedia so they advise I cancel and pay cash but I already paid and I was denied access but yet to receive my refund. I therefore warn unsuspecting travelers to avoid this property or get humiliated and defrauded 」

「The room was old and outdated, the bed was small and no facilities in the room. No bottle of water. This was the first hotel in Nigeria with no coffe/tea, milk sugar and kettle facilities, I have been to. The check in boy Richard was very nice. But the manager was rude. The water coming out of the tap was brown water, disgusting and smelling and when I brought the attention of the manager to it, he was in denial. Asking to bring me to the water treatment facility. I don’t know how this will solve...
