“We enjoyed this nice home on our way across the US. Sunrises were beautiful and the privacy the home offered was appreciated. Fun to watch the different birds in the lake catching their dinner and breakfast. Was nice to sit on the porch and the deck taking in the views.”

“If you’re looking for beautiful country in Texas, this is the place!!! Our drive to and from the Ranch was absolutely gorgeous as well! We will be relocating to the area, and I’m so glad we spent our week here because it solidified our decision. The hosts were outstanding and so accommodating, the cabin is beautiful and exceeded our expectations, and the location is perfect. Our girls were able to experience picking berries and flowers and many golf cart rides enjoying the tranquility. We were……

“The master bed was very comfy….with nice view of the water. we enjoyed our stay and Stephen was the greatest! He even let us check out late because of a huge storm going on. The house has lots of games and entertainment even if the weather takes a turn…..we didn’t cook because town was so close— the country cottage was amazing place for breakfast and we went to blue duck for dinner….just burgers and beer…..nice weekend out of the city!!”

“The house is beautiful and spotless! The dock was covered with cobwebs and no directions were given for lights on the dock! And then there was the carport! So, when we pulled in to the carport both of noticed lots and lots of dirt covering the French drain at end of driveway; covering most of said drain! Then overnight it stormed! Water approximately 2” deep all the way to back wall! Mud was everywhere, nothing was draining off! I called Mrs. Sims; told her about and her answer was yes that……

“House was right on the lake with a great view. The multi-level decks were very nice as well and the boat dock was huge. House was clean and nicely decorated, we really enjoyed the large outdoor living space as well. We even caught a couple catfish as well from the dock.”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property with out two small dogs. Fully fenced (next door neighbors who live there have two large but friendly dogs that run the fence line). The pool was still being installed and workers showed up during our stay but they were there just a few hours each day and very polite. We only stayed in the master bedroom but the mattress was very comfortable! I caught a nice size Blue Catfish right off the bulkhead so was great to get that action while……
